Craig and the team were professional, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
It did take me awhile to sort out what design/layout I wanted, Craig was patient and the end result is just what we asked for. We have a beautiful kitchen!
I would definitely recommend Kich for your next kitchen.

We are so happy with our KICH kitchen. Craig was an absolute pleasure to deal with, the whole process was seamless and took our kitchen from drab to fab. Cannot recommend KICH highly enough.

Just recently my hubby and I completed a renovation at our unit at Bilinga, where we engaged Kich Kitchens to help us with a new kitchen, bathroom and ensuite. What this really meant was to remove the "old" and in with the "new" - remove, design, create and install! Craig was the project manager who led the successful renovation which took around 12 weeks. Apart from Kich creating all the cupboards, drawers, etc, Craig also assisted us with supplying the Tradies to undertake the renovations. Plumber (Matt), Plaster (Ben), Electrician (Andy), Carpenter (Alex) and the Tiler, (Nick). We cannot speak highly enough of Kich Kitchens and the team as well. Every team member showed pride in their work resulting in a quality end product. We made a couple of changes along the way, which wasn't a problem for Craig and the team.
I would recommend Kich and the team for your next kitchen, bathroom and/or ensuite renovation, you won't be sorry - We are still on cloud 9 with the end result. One piece of advice I would give, whatever your budget is for the project, add another 20% as we did run into a couple of unknown issues along the way but not at the fault of anyone but just renovating in a unit that is 40 years old.

Craig was awesome from start finish. Top quality service and excellent communication throughout the process. The entire project was seamless and finished product is exceptional. We are so happy with our kitchen.

I’m thrilled with my new kitchen. The outcome was more than what I had expected. The tradsmen were courteous and were willing to help in anyway. They always checked in with times they would be arriving and were on time. Very pleased with the quality and finish. A big shout out to Craig who steped up with any issue and resolved it expediently and with out fuss. Happy to recomend Kich Kitchens.

This is our second kitchen with Kich after moving house, and again we cannot fault them. Given that we started the process close to Christmas we where delighted to have a fully complete and functioning Kitchen before Christmas day :) Design and installation was again smooth and we are more than happy with the final result (see pics below). Great stress-free experience. The designer fleshed out my vague initial brief into something very special. This was followed up with a professional and punctual installation. I had my doubts the final product would be as good as the 3D rendered design but have to say they pulled it off.
Very happy with the service, value & quality, and as such would certainly recommend Kich to those looking for something above the norm.

I would highly recommend Kich Kitchens, they are very prompt, professional and quick to respond. Craig was so helpful and full of knowledge.

Design service is very good. Wish I could say the same for the cabinet making. Fit up happened but job remains unfinished (over 2 months)and getting them back to finish since they've been paid is an absolute zero priority. Poor communication is a factor. If you choose to use Kich I would strongly recommend not finalising payment until 100% satisfied.

We are in very disappointed!!!!!!!!!
There were problems from the start. The tradesman that was given our job incorrectly measured several pieces and we had to wait for them to be re-made. He was un-professional and rushed every part of the installation. Including annoying things like not removing all the plastic from under the rangehood before installing it and now we are left trying to pick it all off. Panels were not correctly fitted, including the bench top not secured down properly. The fridge cupboard was not secured. There was silicone missing in spots. The cupboards show every mark no matter what cleaning product we use. They are not flush with the wall. The tiler broke a tile in the splash back and left it. These were very expensive. Apparently Kich take no responsibility for trades, yet Kich are who we purchased the kitchen from. I said from the start when I was asked, that the LOOK of the kitchen was MOST important to me. I was better off with my old kitchen that my husband built and if I could go back and start this process again, I would DEFINITELY go with someone else. Kich were happy to sell me the kitchen but every problem we incurred was met with the same response, “that’s not part of our contract” or NOT Kich’s responsibility! We are extremely unhappy!

Terrible, wish we had never gone with them, problems existed and he reverts the blame back to us. Don't trust the man, he doesn't really care as long as he gets the money.
The man is not to be trusted, he gives a list of tradies required, and the cost, but will add one in at a later date if required and expect you to pay.
Tradies have even deserted him.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH HIM!

The worst purchase we have ever made. A disaster from start to finish. Craig came to our house and provided a quote on his computer. The quote was very vague, with no breakdown of what the individual components were. Kich comes to your house to do the quote, so when I said we wanted to go ahead Craig just asked me to sign on his computer, I hesitated as no contract had been provided, but he assured me it was a "standard contract". I stupidly signed. After he'd left and I actually received via email a copy of the contract, it immediately became apparent it was a shocker. There is no cooling off period, you need to pay 100% of the cost before delivery/installation of the product (the multiple cabinetmakers I have subsequently had to have come and quote to fix the Kich mess have all told me this is a disgrace, you usually only pay about 50% deposit and the rest on satisfied completion of the job). Craig provided a schedule where the job was supposed to take 3 days (for a complete kitchen replacement). Day 1, of ripping out the old kitchen, got off to a bad start when issues were picked up with not having enough electricity cables to supply the planned design (if you were dealing direct with a cabinetmaker, this would have been picked up at design stage), which ended up costing us an extra $3k in mini excavator hire and electrician fees, and once we were left with a completely empty shell, a delivery company delivered the Kich cabinets in flat pack form, ready to be installed on Day 3 (Day 2 was plumbing). I then received an email from Craig saying there had been a shipping delay with the cabinet hardware and they would not be able to install the kitchen for 3 WEEKS. Keeping in mind we live in a very small house, with 2 toddlers, and now had literally zero kitchen (no appliances, no plumbing, no cabinets), plus a house chock full of the cabinets in flat pack form waiting to be installed. So we had to basically camp in our house for 3 weeks, which was completely miserable. When the hardware finally came, and installation day came, there was an array of issues with the cabinets not being to the design we had specified. We had written back and forth with Craig to make sure the design features were correct, and he had assured us it all was, but this was patently not true, and multiple cabinets had to be remade as they were sized incorrectly. But worst of all, was the floor to ceiling cabinets we had specified, to maximise storage space, the installer decided it was too hard to meet the angle of our ceiling so only on the final day of installation we were told it was not happening, and to talk to Craig about a refund for that component. He offered us $100, from a $12,000+ spend (cabinets only, we sourced our own stonemason). This was our most important design element, the reason we had gone with Kich to get a made to order kitchen, and not an Ikea off the shelf one, and had been assured multiple times it was being done. It was completely insulting to receive such a paltry refund. If it was a more reputable company, we wouldn't have been forced to pay 100% upfront, and they would have been forced to keep to their own contract and deliver the product promised, but unfortunately as we had paid in full in good faith, we had no negotiating power at all. After many, many complaints, we eventually received a $500 refund, but we have spent many, many thousands since rectifying the shoddy workmanship of Kich, so this is cold comfort. Our kitchen was installed in December 2020. I have waited a year to post this review, but my feelings are still the same. Terrible process, shoddy contract that Kich itself does not keep to, poor quality cabinets and hardware. Buyer beware.
