Was good friday, cam here for breakfast, was quiet busy, the wait was a little long to order, However the staff are so welcoming and friendly and apologetic about the wait. I ordered a urban Brekkie, which was two poached eggs and bacon on sourdough i also added a side of avo,
This was quiet a big serve and everything was cooked to perfect. I cut the egg and the Yolk ran out. The bacon was not overcooked. I also ordered a mocha. It was so nice sweet but not over sweet, my friend ordered a apple rart with Coconut yoghurt. This was a perfect combination it balanced the sweetnes of the apple and cinnamon tart. The yoghut was not overly cold was super light in texture the taste was amazing! Very mouth watering.

I felt bad because i couldn't finish the meal. The amount i left behind must of made the waiters think i didnt like it. I loved it i just dont eat too much. Thank you for a great meal. Thank you for you hospitality and friendly service. I highly reccomend this cafe

My wife and I went here for breakfast and oh my God the food is amazing not only was it beautifully presented but it looked like art and we shared the hash stack and when we bit into it all we could think was wow! We are definitely going back before we go back to Melbourne. Don't get me started on the smoothies there to die for!!

I love this cafe. Where I come from, dairy and gluten free options are scarce. This establishment boasts countless options for people like me with dietary restrictions, so it was a godsend. I had the buckwheat pancakes with coconut ice cream. It was amazing!

They were amazing with our coeliac requirements. So many delicious options, very knowledgeable about cross contamination.

It was very busy but staff were amazing and you hardly noticed.

Friendly service, great menu and their food is delicious.
We turned up with a group (and no booking) on Mother's Day -the place was packed and still they accommodated us with a smile.

Very good food, the service was friendly and helpful (they forgot a part of my order but they made it very quickly after I reminded them) and extremely safe for coeliacs. We ate there four times in a few days and had no issues. The entire seafood menu is completely gluten free, and there are many gluten free options on the Eatery & Cafe menu.

My husband and I had dinner here on Good Friday. The place was absolutely packed, with a queue running the length of the venue outside. It took a little while to order due to the queue, but we had already booked our table and the fresh seafood platter, so once we ordered our hot food we were seated and the platter brought out immediately. The staff were friendly and attentive, which was amazing given the number of customers, the oysters plump and definitely fresh, as were the prawns, and the hot food cooked perfectly. The only thing extra that would help would be a slightly larger wine list - current choice is one sparkling, one white and one red.
We will definitely dine here again, highly recommend it.

Food was expensive but damn it was tasty, well cooked and well presented. It had plenty of options for my friend (vegan) as well. I'm definitely coming here again next time I'm on the coast.

I cannot even rave about this place enough!! Americans traveling in Australia … honestly I’d come back just to eat here again!!!! Amazing food lovely atmosphere and the friendliest staff make Urban Cafe a destination for anyone who lives a gluten free and/or vegan life. So grateful to have found it! My gluten and dairy free son is clearly in heaven!

This has become one of my favorite breakfasts when I come to Broadbeach. No need for cutlery, just dig in. Fresh, full of flavour, just delicious. Lamb sausage wrap .

I recently had a holiday at beautiful Broadbeach, Queensland.
During my stay I stopped in at Urban cafe for a coffee.
Wow, were super freindly & my mocha was perfect.
Had I not already eaten I would have had a meal as everything looked super delicious.
The ambience was very inviting & the toilet amenities were spotless & very glam.
On my next visit I will definitely be back for breakfast.

Great little find for breakfast. Great atmosphere, delicious food (we tried the hash stack) and coffee that hits the spot and gets you ready for your day. Food quality is amazing and tasted so fresh. Tropical smoothie with coconut ice cream was my definite highlight. A must try.

Service here was excellent, and the food was just as good. Great coffee and tea too! Very much liked that there were both vegan, vego and meat options, so that there's something for everyone. Would 100% recommend!

Absolutely wonderful through and through. We came in to have the fish and chips but we were a little too early for it so we decided to have breakfast instead. The smoothies were delicious. My partner had the Urban Protein and i had the Urban Nero. Breakfast itself was very good which was pleasantly surprising cuz we've had past experiences where the food was only mediocre but the Urban Cafe was overall a great experience. We're coming back later for the fish and chips ✨

Only good things to say about this establishment! Every element of my dish was delish and very good quality! 🤤 The hash were soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, flavour was great, eggs perfectly poached and hollandaise on point ☝ lovely customer service and even though it was very busy we weren't waiting long, they even have coconut milk (great for those with sensitive tummy's). Can't wait to come back here, thanks guys and keep up the great work! 🥰🙏👌

This place has an amazing atmosphere with a very clean restaurant. We were greeted by amazing staff who were very kind. The food came out very quickly and was delicious 😋 .... will definitely come back!
