I recently purchased myself a camera from this Harvey Norman location and can confidently say, I hands down received the best customer service I have ever received from any business to date.

I was looked after by Will in the tech/camera section (over multiple separate visits for extra equipment). Will not only provided me with an extremely positive and straghtforward sales process, but also was able to provide an extreme amount of legitimate and genuine advice regarding my gear and photography in general.

I am confident that I will be visiting again for further home appliance purchases and will be giving this store high regards amongst family/friends.

Moreover, the informative staff made the installation process a breeze. They were knowledgeable and ensured that everything was set up correctly, alleviating any concerns I had. Additionally, the ample parking available made the entire shopping experience hassle-free.

Incredible service at Harvey Norman Bundall, bought fridge from another company with whom couldn't deliver because of lack of communication between driver and store and got a full refund.

By the time i finish work and drove home I had rang Harvey Norman bought fridge over phone they even said they would deliver that afternoon.
By the time I had driven 45min from work and got refund from another store the fridge turned up from Harvey Norman, I was so happy and thankful to Rob the Driver who was very professional and Leah who helped me on the phone

I just got home with my mum who was looking for a new bed. There were so many sales going on, mum and I got a bit overwhelmed! So much to choose from. We were saved by a sales rep named Daphne. She made the experience very easy, and made it enjoyable rather than an exhausting task. From start, to finish where Daphne helped us take pillows, doona and linen set to the car. I used to be a Team Leader in a call centre - hired many staff. I would have hired Daphne in a heartbeat. And on top of it, Daphne enjoys her job, and knows what to do or suggest. If you need anything from the bedroom dept - ask for Daphne.
(I told you I'd send you a positive reference - because I mean every word ☺).

We initially ordered an AEG Dishwasher but when delivered it was unsuitable, Josh Barber was amazing and very professional in sorting a replacement model that was appropriate. Would highly recommend a retail employee that went beyond just selling an appliance but gave after sales service and satisfaction. Great Job Joshua!

Purchased multiple white goods at this store as well as other HN branches over the years.

However, for the last couple of years, I take all my business to this store, just because of the brilliant customer service I've received from one of their floor sales agents, Lena.

She has been very proactive in finding me the exact items I've been looking for, by ordering them from other stores or placing an order through the manufacturer. Have helped me get the best prices and price matched competitors. Helped answer questions we've had as well as helped us for any warranty/order support we've needed.

If I'm buying any appliances now, my first stop is giving Lena a call before I even consider other businesses. Customer service like this is rare these days and it was refreshing to be valued for the time and money we spend in retail and interacting with someone who is proactive to get the business from us.

It is early January and Harvey Norman have some great mattress and bed sales on. These are not well advertised and you need to check out in store. Craig was fantastic and very helpful. New beds all around for the household. Great deal. Very happy.

Very friendly and helpful service from Mark in electronics! My partner and I ordered a new fridge that didn't fit in our kitchen, we sent it back and went back to the store to get another one ordered, Mark assisted us with this. Honestly can't thank him enough for all he did for us!
