The Coffee Club

Boxing Day sales, stopped to have breakfast before the shopping frenzy. Coffee Club was busy but the service was great. The drinks and food came out in a reasonable time , we didn’t have to wait that long which is surprising as it was really busy. Hands up for the great effort to the staff.

⭐ I visited The Coffee Club at Pacific Fair ⭐ for the second day in a row. The team are beautiful.
I witnessed a customer being extremely rude to Yuki-The Manager.
Yuki was very polite and calm towards the customer, however the customer continued being rude and dismissive towards Yuki, who was trying to assist her.
It was too much for me to watch, so I spoke up and addressed the customer about her rudeness.
5 Stars for this staff member Yuki who handled the situation with kindness and grace.
A shout out to the remainder of the team who smile and greet you warmly, even when it’s busy and who make the best hot chocolates, thanks to Bianca you made a huge difference in my day 😊🤩

When visited the Pacific Fair shopping Centre I stopped at The Coffee Club for a welcome break after a morning of shopping. Lovely cafe to have drinks and food. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of seating to be able to enjoy your food and drinks. Nice selection on the menu to choose from. Well worth the visiting.

Food and pot of tea came out quick..always a lovely experience coming here. At busy times it's hard to get a table but never wait long.

Get your NICE COFFEE here! Had a Large mocha and a large Flat White for me and my son and enjoyed it with some of their pastries and cakes. Reasonably Priced. A bit of wait due to line of customers.

We went and bought a cute lil brunch babe. To die for. To find time, rarely. Awesome to chat about it and open up to as many of all of my children as I can as possible. Then Jacaranda Crystal's lovin' it. Coffee club #1 for anyone in need of a short break before shopping hits the fans!!!!! Lets go! Beautiful day in broadbeach yass and kids friendly with all the seating arrangement available for the shopping bags 🛍 Awesome place on the field level near the water. Awesome for baby friendly nearby water features.

Had a bunch of Karen's giving one of the waitresses a hard time! The staff were friendly and on point and didn't deserve to be spoken about the way table 28 was talking.

Yuki the store manager and staff were amazing today,
Have been in in gold coast 5 months and have come to coffee club pacific fair many times,
Beautifull food, efficient service with a friendly smile and beautifully consistent coffee all round,

We ate numerous lunches and the meals and drinks were amazing along with the best staff i have encountered anywhere for a long time.

One of the highlights of our week, breakfast at The Coffee Club, Pacific Fair. Consistently good food and coffee and delightful staff. Brad is an absolute standout manager and puts the term ‘hospitable’ back into hospitality. Thank you Brad, for always making us feel welcome.

Outstanding. My friend and I came for brunch and we're delighted with the service and food. Great coffee, even better food. Felt the need to mention the fantastic service we received from staff member Bradley. Very friendly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Will definitely be back.
