Hero Sushi Australia Fair

I’m surprised by the negative reviews because I regularly get sushi here and the service has always been wonderful. The ladies are always friendly and serve with a smile. The food tastes good and the end-of-day deals are amazing - e.g. I got the two boxes of sushi and takoyaki sticks (in the picture) for $5/box. The larger sushi rolls are also 2 for $5 at the end of the day.

They have space to sit in to eat and their location is conveniently close to the shopping centre’s entrance (near Coles) for anyone to grab some quick food on the go.

Yummy sushi. It's my favourite if I'm in a hurry. The spicy chicken is good.

No issues with the sushi here in my experience.

Had some sushi here and it was good except for the soya sauce it's little bit sour but over all it deserve 4 stars.The staff are friendly and very accomodating.

Sushi is made smaller than other Hero Sushi restaurants I’ve been to before. Generally still quite nicely made sushi though. However today 19/7/21 ordered quite a few rolls of sushi and they were absolutely inedible. The rice was gross, and the rolls just felt and tasted like mush.

Sushi was dry and tasteless and generally poor quality it was definitely not worth the money there are plenty of other much better places

not good sushi rice.. some part is very dry and hard, some part is too sticky... I think It's not fresh sitting there long time

To be honest the food tastes a bit good, but the drinks were something else. I recently bought and drank an orange juice from there. Turns out it expired on the 15th and it was the 20th when i got it. After finding out about this, i told myself to never buy the drinks ever again.

Absolutely awful. Wasted $12.80 on sushi I spat out. The karage chicken in particular was dreadful.

Why is this franchise still in business and why can’t customers leave review at the hero sushi at Pacific fair ? Bought a salmon and avo roll for $4.80, avocado was only about 1cm literally one small bite , rest was all rice and a tiny bit of salmon. Went there at 9:30am and the rice was not fresh. Disgusting!

When cleaning is more important than customer service wanting to buy their product

Never buy from this place. They overcharge me and when I show them Proof via my bank statement, they declined. I could not believe it
