A wonderful course. Built my knowledge around coffee and learned some fun designs. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to improve home coffee or for future employment. Matt is a wonderful and knowledgeable teacher

Nationally Accredited Barista Course - this is a great course for anyone and any age to do. I personally did this with a friend and our daughters, we learnt so much and had a great time too. We enrolled in the morning session for coffee making and the afternoon session for coffee art. Our instructor for the day Matt, was a great teacher who explained and demonstrated skills very patiently to us all. The college was easy to find with secure parking in easy walking distance. Highly recommend this course and Matt to anyone looking to acquire accredited barista skills.

Great course and left feeling very confident starting our own little business. Matt and skye are patient and knowledgeable. Will come back and do the art course for sure!

He made sure he constantly worked with everyone 1 on 1. He is a great teacher!!! While i already have barista experience, i still picked up heaps of tips and adjustments to get better and gain confidence. The latte art was fun too!! Anyone of any skill levels should give this course a go

Great learning experience! Matt keeps the energy of the class high and has noticeable knowledge in the matter. Sky was also really helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the course to anybody who wants to become a Barista or just learn about it. You get a lot of practice, you will probably make around 50 or more coffee during the time you are there. (I did both classes)

Such a great course!!
Matt was so helpful, knowledgeable and was constantly attentive to everyone throughout the day. The course did not feel 5 hours, yet we got to spend so much time practicing pouring/creating coffees as well as learning and familiarising ourselves with a commercial machine!

I would definitely recommend taking the Barista course out of the Newcastle location. I learnt so much, it was fun and our trainer, Matt was amazing. He explained everything so simply and was so down to earth. I was really happy with the limit on the numbers, as I received enough learning & practice time. Had fun and learnt. Thanks Matt!
