Honest Paper

I received my first order from Honest Paper today. It was a refreshing experience to open my parcel and see a hand written note, addressed to me, and thanking me for my patronage.

My item was beautifully wrapped and it was packaged such that there was no damage from being in transit. I did not ask for gift wrapping and the wrapping I received was immaculate - I can only imagine how good actual gift wrapping looks.

This is an Australian small business that sets an excellent example of how to add the human touch to shopping online where there is little-to-no human-to-human interaction.

I cannot recommend Honest Paper enough. Support great Australian small businesses like this one!

Lovely stationary store in Newcastle. Had a nice chat with Gabby, one of the co-owners, who helped me wrap a gift for my cousin as well!

They have a wide variety of products and I highly recommend visiting in-store or ordering from their website. Hope to see Honest Paper in Sydney soon. ☺

They are the perfect example of why you should be supporting small businesses. Gabi and Bella are both doing an incredible job at delivering high-quality products for honest prices (as the name suggests). Through their customised emails and handwritten notes, these amazing girls were able to recreate the same warm welcome you would expect in-person. I highly recommend them.

I adore this shop. I dont go as often as I would like but thats only because their big rolls of paper last for so long which I love! Their paper wrapping range is amazing and their ribbon is a bargain for the length of the roll. You pay for high quality but get a lot for your buck! My favourite stationary shop ever! Christmas is round the corner and you should shop local and support small business because these guys deserve all the love!

I ordered a print from here for my wife for mother's day and it was such an easy process! Great website, easy to use and delivery to south Sydney was faster than expected. Unfortunately they were unable to gift wrap the item I selected due to framing however one of the owners contacted me directly shortly after I placed my order to offer alternative options and we were able to come to an agreement and sort it out.

In the end, they were a pleasure to deal with and the framing job looks amazing, but the most important thing - My wife loved it!

10/10 - I'd definitely order from here again without hesitation.

I LOVE this shop. I'm all about beautiful, quality cards/wrapping for my loved one's special occasions, in my opinion there is no point in giving a card or wrapping a gift if it isn't. Honest Paper ticks these boxes. Plus the girls are lovely and you feel good about buying their products and supporting local artists.
I signed up to their subscription because I always found myself rushing over to them each time there was an occasion coming up, not anymore!

Always exceptional customer service! I can truly say that the team go out of their way to help. I am a constant repeat customer and will only buy my stationery supplies from here. Not to mention - I’m always complimented on how beautiful the wrapping paper is when I give gifts!

I just picked up my order and am blown away by the effort and love put into each item. I love writing epistles to my friends and sealing them, but it can be difficult to find good wax and equipment; I will definitely be shopping here again!!

Okay, I haven’t actually shopped in store at Honest Paper as I live in Melbourne and haven’t been to Newcastle, but it is by far one of my favourite stationary stores!! They have the best products, and all the staff are so lovely and helpful. Their packages come beautifully wrapped, with a really thoughtful handwritten note - It’s always such a treat to retrieve them! Thank you for fuelling my stationary addiction, and I look forward to visiting in person one day! 🖋

Recently bought the Fox and Fallow Baby Book and absolutely love it. Such a beautiful linen journal. It arrived damaged in transit, so I contacted them and they sent out a replacement straight away, got it in a few days. Such amazing customer service!

I love visiting this store so much, not just for their beautiful & quality products, but for the absolute top notch service! My LAMY pen had been leaking & when I took it back in it had to be sent to the pen Doctor. Bella, who works there, gave me her LAMY pen to use whilst mine was repaired which is absolutely above & beyond! I can't recommend this store & the fantastic team there highly enough!
