The service and expertise are, without a doubt, the best I’ve experienced! I thought my laptop was completely gone and was just told to get it replace at another shop. I brought it to him and he fixed it in 5 minutes so I can get back to work/ life straight away! Truly a lifesaver! Thank you, I know where to go next time when I have any computer problems.

I have used GO2IT twice for some issues with my laptop (and the place I work at recommends them too). I have always found them very professional and competent, but also fair and reasonable in price. The second time was an issue with my laptop starting that I'd never encountered before. It was solved in about half a minute. I asked them how much for that, but they wouldn't take anything. This is a business with integrity.

This place is awesome, I'm no computer wiz, could easily be stiched by technical gobbledygook. NOT HERE.
Well explained what's likely to be done to fix my laptop, but still have a 9yr old shell.
Gave me suggestions on what to look for and should have in a new unit.
This store doesn't sell them unless you might ask them.
Over 2days I found what I felt I needed.
I'll be back to this store for setting up my old info into the new unit, and making sure it's user ready for me.

Perfect service at reasonable prices
Whether it is a brand new custom system the price will be better than doing it yourself and Wayne knows what parts don't work well together. With older computer systems he has been able to repeatedly isolate and repair ailments. He honestly recommends minor upgrades over complete replacements and explains the cost benefit ratio of options. A local knowledge expert

To put it simply, the best service. I lost some m.2 screws and they were willing to give me some for free. On top of that bought a used cpu, which had bent pins and they managed to bend it back for free on the spot. Would absolutely recommend these guys for their great service.

Great service, great advice and really friendly people. I went in with a pretty simple job, taking the cover off an old school hard drive. Wayne went out of his way to find the right tool to get it off and solve my stressful problem. Two other repair stores just shrugged their shoulders and handed it back to me without a suggestion. I’ll be taking my repair work to these guys from now on.

I needed a new laptop to continue my studies. I spent days looking at options online until it was too overwhelming. Then I thought of Go2it - my husband has been going to Adrian for years. What incredible service! Firstly, Adrian has so often offered to come see us whenever a computer/tv/mobile problem arises. He sorts out our problems easily or takes our computer back to the office and returns it to us fixed. We are so grateful to him.

A big thank you for prompt, professional and courteous service. Wayne helped me out of a very awkward position with my PC needing a motherboard replacement and he just got in and did it. This is the scond time these guys have helped me out and can recommend them to anyone in Southport area looking for quality service on the computers.

I have been dealing with them for a few years now with our laptops. I recently gave them parts that I had collected over a month to build a PC for me. They were very professional and extremely helpful. They built my entire PC within a matter of hours for a very reasonable and competitive price!

Only two negatives I have to point out. They didn't format my 2.5 inch SSD drive and they put it in one of the hidden bays usually reserved for 3.5 inch HDDs. That did cause some initial panic. Another issue was I discovered a screw for the secondary M.2 slot was loose and the whole thing was dangling . I managed to resolve both issues. Formatting my 2.5 inch SSD in Disk Manager and managing to get the screw for the M.2 slot back into its correct place for me to tighten the screw.

Other than these minor issues, I whole hartedly recommend for all your IT needs!
