JB Hi-Fi Australia Fair

We had been having problems with connecting the wifi router we got from another JB in our new house. Kai one of the staff from this JB store found us, we informed him of our struggles and he found us a router that was compatible with our plan. It is now working amazingly.

Kai was so helpful asking us many questions to ensure we solved this problem and so we didn't have to refund another router. On top of that he was able to decrease the price for us so we were incredibly pleased with Kai's work ethic and customer service.

Amazing service. JIMMY who served me today was very professional and gave me detailed explanations on all questions. He tried to offer me all different options which i can take an advantage of. Great customer service! Thank you so much again :)

The staff are welcoming, knowledgable & helpful.
The store is organised well so you can find what section or items that you’re looking for.
They have many options available for IT devices eg laptops, smart watches,
I-pads, accessories etc.

Another good experience at this store. Hodge, the manager, advised us on ear buds for my wife's Samsung phone. Realizing it would stress me out to set them up he kindly offered to do it for us. Couldn't ask for better service.

Hands down to Jordan for the best customer service! I called up to see if I could get a refund on a product even though I'd opened the packaging and she said it would be all good to bring down. I went in and decided I wanted to exchange the product instead for something different which would've costed me an additional few dollars but she made it so it would be the same price for me, absolute legend!! Made my day. Good job Jordan!

I arrived 1/2 hr before closing as I wasted time at Telstra and got the best service ever!! Hopefully I've spelt this right but Rhiannon served me - gave me the low down on what options I had for a phone now - and off we went. Plus I saved $500!! One of the systems held us up a bit bit but she never got frustrated and kept plugging along. Patent courteous and extremely knowledgeable- thank you will come again - hope you enjoyed the wine 🍷

My wife and I had some fantastic customer service by Warren at this store. Due to issues relating to Telstra we were stuck waiting a longer period of time at the store. Warren was helpful, transparent with his explanation of the issue and considerate throughout the entire time. We highly recommend purchasing through this store.

These guys were brilliant. Had trouble getting card to work. Took a few days to sort out. They were unbelievably patient with us and got it sorted in the end. Will always go back.

A super range of TV'S,DVD players and all the latest in Electronic Games,the only place to shop for these products,great competitive prices, heaps of parking in Pacific Fair.

As soon as I entered this shop I noticed smiles from all staff members. I turned to the security guard at the entrance/exit and even he was just like the other staff members, happy & extremely helpful. The staff gave off an impression of their pride in working for JB HIFI. I find their variety to quality of products fantastic and I have grabbed some serious bargains in their sales, up to the tune of hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend.

After having troubles setting up my modem. I called JB and they told me I had bought the wrong one at a different store. The representative helped me find the right option and my internet was up and running that afternoon.

I purchased an expensive item for Christmas as a gift and it was not the one I needed. The manager happily returned and refunded my item (unused and unopened) without any hassle at all . Its always a pleasure working here especially the young gentlemen with blonde hair and beard (sorry can't remeber his name) . He was very helpful and answered all of my questions and didn't get impatient with me.
Thank you for always helping me chose the right product. It makes a big difference .
