Great selection of couches/sofas. We bought the Heath Chaise again as we loved our last one (gave it to my parents and we got a different colour this time) it’s durable, so comfy and looks great. Great when you have kids but want something nice, great for movie nights and you don’t have to worry if you make a spill as it cleans so easily as if it never happened.

Great value furniture, awesome customer service and advice. Bought two lovely occasional chairs in a vibrant color that are very comfortable and eye catching.

Great range of styles and quality products, good prices (especially on sale), and friendly service.

Both Junaid and Shree were a delight and super helpful today. They both are very proficient with their product knowledge and policies and struck a great deal for us.
Cannot recommend more than these two who are friendly, helpful and very competent to deal with. They are an asset to any institution and kudos in advance are well deserved.

Service was great. We purchased a bed on sale and only had to pay a deposit, the rest was paid when the bed arrived in the warehouse. Store staff and warehouse staff were super friendly. The delivery was so easy, arrived on time and they brought it into the house so we didn't have to take it up the driveway. Will purchase from them again

We were helped by a salesperson named Genie and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. She knew about all the couches we asked about off the top of her head and was able to provide detailed information about delivery times (specifically potential Covid related delays). We also ended up getting a fantastic deal on a couch that was initially out of our budget.

Went in to by some items to furnish a small new apartment and found lounge, coffee tables, computer desk etc all very modern, smart looking and at what I considered very reasonable quality for the very inexpensive prices! The staff were excellent, including at the pick-up depot. We had one small issue we noticed when we got home (20% discount hadn't been applied to one item) contacted the store and the issue was very pleasantly resolved in 30 seconds :) I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody on a budget that is still seeking a quality feel...

Staff were amazing with A plus customer service. Very appreciative of Ross and Elliot who was amazing. Elliot went the extra mile and measure my boot space to ensure the tall boy would fit before my purchase. Both guys are commended for their efficient & friendly service. Nice - Amart.

We were in the Fyshwick store on two occasions, the first interaction was with a sales associate named Michael. We told Michael we were just looking, however, he could see how out of our depth we were and gave us a quick rundown of the mattresses and then allowed us to browse. After this we left and came back and were served by Aaron, he explained it was his second week, but honestly he gave exceptional service and helped us to his ability before seeking help from other team members. It was just all round excellent customer service by the two members of the Fyshwick team.

The team at Amart in Fyshwick were a pleasure to deal with during our furniture purchases . They were extremely understanding with a mix up with my contact information and even more so when it came to us being unable to collect our items outside the 7 day window that was given. I regularly updated the store of our circumstances and the team were always extremely friendly and sympathetic. After the run around from other big-shots in furniture, I was super pleasantly surprised with the wide range of options at a great price. Staff very helpful and attentive and had enough knowledge to steer me in the right direction. Won't hesitate to head here again for my next purchase.

Ordered couch online to be delivered. Came up as $0 delivery fee. Received a phone call the next day stating that delivery wld be $80. Would be better to be honest and upfront and include this in the checkout price, however Libby from Fyshwick was fantastic with resolving the issue and customer service was excellent. Delivery was performed in a timely manner.

Store is wonderful, Good collection of furniture’s. I felt Canberra’s number one affordable furniture store. Furniture price are reasonable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Delivered in time. Instalation person is bit expensive.

Went there to buy a coffee table, but end up buying the matching tv unit to go with it . Got over $1000 of the full price. Great deal.
