Great experience using the online booking system. I had to make last minute changes which was all very easy. Driver arrived promptly with no issues. I’d definitely use ACT Cabs again

Fabulous, reliable, quick service. Reasonably priced and well maintained fleet. We opted to use cab services as hire car prices were insane. It was a fraction of the cost and we never waited longer than 5 minutes for any cab. Definitely one of the better run car services in this country.

I used ACT Cabs for an early-morning trip from my hotel to Canberra Airport and was very happy with the service. They acknowledged receipt of my online booking shortly after I made it, and informed me of the taxi's progress about 10 minutes before pick-up. The driver was very pleasant and helped with loading and unloading my luggage.

Made the booking over the phone and spoke to a lovely woman who was very helpful with regard to travel time etc. as I was heading for the airport. So good to speak to a human rather than doing things online or clicking through menus. Driver was on time and polite and helpful. I will definitely use them again on my next trip. And have recommended them to my Canberra based relatives. Thanks for a positive experience.

I chose ACT Cabs, because the online booking system was easy to use. Good service clean cars, on-time and when I need to amend a booking the phone call was responded to quickly and change was seamless. Very happy with the service.

I always use ACT cabs and am rarely disappointed. This trip was perfect for me. After walking a long distance to get to a large store outside the general shopping centre, my back was aching too much to wait for the long time between buses and the souls of my feet rubbed raw from all the walking. I got through to the call desk surprisingly quickly and even though I had no street address there was a well known brand store nearby.
As I tried to stand and watch the traffic, within minutes there was a light tap on a horn and the taxi was in the parking area for the shop behind me.
The driver was very nice, very competent, and had me home in short time. A credit to his profession and the company.

We used ACT Cabs to travel from Kingston to Canberra Airport for a 6.00am flight. The online booking service was easy to use. The cab arrived a couple of minutes before the scheduled pick up time and the driver was friendly and courteous. Trip to the airport went without a hitch. Great service. Would definitely use again.

These guys are the best! I left my phone in the taxi at Canberra airport. Another driver let me use his phone to call the office and was extremely kind and helpful. My original driver returned to the airport and I got my phone back very quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Way better than booking a ride share - last couple of ones I pre-booked didn’t turn up. Not a great thing for a time-critical trip to the airport. ACT Cabs is my go-to for early morning flights. Always reliable, always on time

Sandeep G was early for my pick up at that tricky time of the morning. So professional, he did a sweep of the cab after I got out and realised I had left an item behind… lifesaver. Keep up the good work.

Driver was excellent given the morning traffic and the need to get onto the coach on time. He typed up fastest route and off we went, making use of bus lanes when possible to speed up the journey. He pulled into the terminal area on the side next to Coach Bay rather than other side of the building. Worth every dollar.

The driver arrived very quickly and was pleasant and engaging on our very important but short journey. He was very patient when we lost internet connection for my card payment and after a couple of attempts everything was fine ! We really appreciated this driver!

Late last night our driver met us on time at Canberra station and helped us with our bags. He was very friendly and drove the most direct route. We enjoyed his company on the way home.
