I've ordered multiple products/items from Swamp Industries now {Guitars, Guitar Strings, Microphones, Audio Interface, Cables, everything in-between & more & everytime, I get great service awesome delivery speed & because of this, Swamp Industries are my "First" point of call if I need &/or want to buy good quality "Music/Studio/Instrument" equipment at a super affordable price.

The staff were amazing, highly knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I suggest doing a search for what you need on their website first as they do not have a full showroom. But overall, their products are brilliant and can withstand those frequent travels on the road.

I have shopped with Swamp Industries for a few years and always had excellent service. I recently had 2 eBay vouchers and decided to use them to purchase 3 pedal board items (mistake number 1), from Swamp Industries without talking to them first (mistake number 2). The auto combined postage and price match functions didn’t work, but Jonny and Hazel immediately came to the rescue and made everything good. Lesson learnt. The items were delivered very quickly and the setup went well, with the provided accessories. I’m very happy with the outcome, particularly the response from Swamp Industries. Many thanks.

I ordered the Empress Bass Compressor from Swamp Industries earlier this month. As I am located in New Zealand, I naturally expected a delay in the shipping of the pedal but it arrived in 5 working days. Great customer service and speedy delivery. I am also stoked with the pedal - it's one of those pedals that you will never need to upgrade because it produces such a professional effect.

A real music shop with what a muso needs and wants, no bells and whistles nor instore hype. Good old fashioned service, the vibe reminds me of the music shops from the glory days.
If you shop around put Swamp at the top of your list, great prices and service.

Fantastic! Needed guitalele strings, & arrived within a week and at an awesome price. Had a bad experience with my local guys in Bairnsdale who sold me wrong strings, and then pretty much said (politely of course) 'too bad, so sad' ... No attempt to remedy and $30 down the drain for me. I've placed Swamp industries link on a review of the Bairnsdale crew to save others the heartache.

The order dispatch was very quick after my purchase. Way quicker than expected. I unfortunately had an issue with the courier that tried to deliver the package. They ended up missing dates, and then actually losing the package.
I contacted Swamp about this, and one of the first things they offered was an immediate replacement. We hadn't even hit that point yet, and they were ready to just send me the package free of charge.
I ended up trying to work with the courier both directly and through Swamp, but the courier unfortunately just kept messing up, and the package was gone. They said they delivered it, but it was nowhere to be found.
As soon as Kim (customer service at Swamp) was aware of this, they sent me out a new package, with a different delivery provider, free of charge, and it was delivered with no issues. I'm pretty sure they actually send it express as well.

No RMA, no back and forth with the courier to pin the cost or blame on them, just immediately "We'll send you another one!". You can't buy that type of business morality and service anymore. Really fantastic.

Communication between Swamp customer service and myself was almost immediate as well. Emails replied to within the same day. Also, you're actually speaking to a real person that cares, rather than someone who just replies with automated emails or reads from a script.

To have that peace of mind from an online store is rare. I'd be happy to recommend Swamp to anyone.

I did a Review about 4 years ago so thought it was time for an update..."NOTHING HAS CHANGED"...Swamp is STILL the BEST MI and accessories company to do business with...Any issue is very quickly resolved including warranty wich is exceptional if needed, Great Pricing, Absolutely everything is Top Notch...I've been dealing with Jonny for years now who's Customer Service/Support etc is exemplary. Today I bought the Artist Stealth LP6 Modern LP style Electric Guitar, after having done A LOT of research & also having played "Top'o the line Gibson Les Paul's & Epiphone Les Paul's, the "Artist Stealth LP6" is deadset AMAZING. The Raving Reviews are Bang On The Money. For a less than a ⅓ of the price of a similar guitar in the Epiphone range & is atleast 1\¹¹ the price of anything in the Gibson range, these guitar's punch massively above their price point. I for one am absolutely stunned, thrilled & amazed at this guitar. I've only ever purchased accessories & adapters from Swamp Industries in the past but now, I will never consider buying a Les Paul from anywhere before first going in to swamp to see if I can get something twice the quality for a fraction of the price. Oh & the customer service is second to none. Can't recommend them enough

Update. I have ordered a small amp (luckily not very expensive) almost a month ago. The courier they have appointed, apparently failed to deliver because of "Incomplete address" (I usually have all the items I buy delivered without any issue at the same address). Tried to contact them but it's the Sender(Swamp) who can only re-schedule to a different address with this courier. They were not able to do so even after several messages. REFUND received

Got a good price on a cable, via eBay. Delivery was prompt, cable works fine. I phoned to ask questions about some other cables - friendly, helpful service. Bought some more cables - also a good price, cables work fine, delivered within promised timelines, with tracking. I'll be back, thanks.
