Best shopping experience in years with Kavya and team good guys fyshwick. Kavya searched for the best price and then matched it. We had an amazing experience with Kavya. She helped me buying all my appliances from this store. I used to buy everything from JB HiFi but because of her amazing customer service and kindness I have bought all my new home appliances from The Good Guys Fyshwick store.
Also there was one product (soundbar) which was not available, then she assisted us to deliver it from another nearby store with the best price. Kavya, thank you so much for your kindness and really appreciate your help. Stay well.

Fantastic customer service. The price I paid for a new washing machines including (very efficient, super friendly) delivery and set up is lower than the price of appliance on line.

To be honest I'm suprised at all these reviews with bad delivery experiences. These guys have always delivered in a timely manner and even expedited certain deliveries on request. They also patiently helped me when the online shopping system had messed up my order. Can't fault them.

The customer service and sales people are always so nice. Our go to when we want something of quality at a good price. Needed to urgently replace the washing machine today. Unfortunately the model I was after was not in stock and had a bit of lead time due to shipment times etc. Despite this, the lady who helped me offered a number of alternative suggestions for where i could purchase at a reasonably comparative price given my urgency. Its been a rough couple of years in the retail space, these guys genuinely try to do their best under varying and challenging circumstances!

Great over-all experience with easy parking and collection.
When we entered the store, Jonas come over to greet us and asked if we needed help. Jonas had excellent customer service, was knowledgeable about all the products available and was very helpful.
There was a great range of goods on display to look at and compare items.

We could not fault the service of the guys who delivered our new fridge today. We were the second last of the night, they’d been delivering all day. They were courteous, helpful and nothing was too much trouble considering we had a fridge and a freezer to go out. In fact whole experience of buying from the Good Guys at Fyshwick was commendable.

I bought a display that had some weird technical quirks that meant it didn't suit the reason I bought it. Whilst I could have bought 3rd party products to switch off certain things, Jamie and (Diah, Dia, Deah, sorry I didn't catch the spelling of your name!) were quite understanding and helped with a return instead. Was out of stock of product i wanted, display item was half missing so couldn't sell..so they sold a pricer brand for same price as the sunbeam brand i wanted. I got a better product for the same cost i only wanted to spend....highly pleased with my service....he must have seen on my face how can 6 stores be out of stock of coffee grinders 😂 his a legend!!

Staff were very helpful. We had to change our details from our previous address and all our buying history swapped over. My husband did his research beforehand and the price was the same as JB HiFi. Great range of products. Happy with our TV and wall mount.
