Re: 2 x Eurovision v1 700x300 windows (black).
Although our windows took longer to arrive than the ETA suggested (they were ordered during the Christmas rush), we recieved personalised email messages to notify us of the delay and that we had not been forgotten about. The windows arrived well packaged, in perfect condition, complete with blinds, hardware and instruction manuals. They are now fitted proudly to our van and look great! The rubbers were thorougly seal-tested with all the rain we've had here lately - we couldnt be happier.

Very impressed with the service I received. Email queries were answered promptly and in detail and delivery was very fast. As it happened the parts I received fitted very well and I will be ordering one of the wheel spats for the other side of the van.
In all one of the best experiences I have had with on-line shopping.

Genuine parts for cooker. Overpriced IMO but not blaming CPlus, they do not set the pricing. Non genuine grommets would cost about 50cents each but could not guarantee heat resistance. Of course being genuine meant that they fitted correctly, were easy to fit and guaranteed to do the job properly. The decision to pay the price difference was my choice and I am comfortable with that. The service from CPlus was excellent.

The product we ordered was not in stock and was due end December. I regularly received emails advising that my order had not been forgotten. The stock arrived earlier then expected and was promptly sent just in time for us to go away in our caravan. Outstanding customer service and communication as always. Well done.

I have purchased from Caravans Plus a couple of times now because their service is quality and efficient. Stock levels provided on their website, an email to confirm that the items are ready to be dispatched, and they arrive within the specified times. Will be back for more caravan supplies.

Im a returning customer. Their Web site shows if your goods are in stock prior to ordering. My order was packed and sent the day we placed it. Excellent service.

I'm in WA and ordered a circuit breaker for my A'liner. Web site showed a good picture which confirmed the part was the correct one. Ordering was easy. Time for delivery was short and the correct breaker arrived. No problems.

Place an order during the build up for Christmas not expecting anything until the New Year but the team had picked, packed and dispatched within 48 hours and delivery arrived before Christmas. An amazing effort.

I required some John Guest push fittings and 12 mm water pipe to urgently fix a leak under the caravan. The website was easy to follow and place my order and the parts arrived very quickly. Well done.
