Just another JB store but staff here were good. They offer to help but recognise when to back off to give you thinking time, that's appreciated. Mr Security on the front door was cheerful too, makes a nice change.

The biggest selection of PC gaming gear in Canberra outside of MSY. I happened across this store by chance last week. The selection is huge and the prices are good especially leading up to black friday. I would highly recommend a visit for those looking for gamer gear 👍

Let me start by saying how helpful and resourceful the staff here are. I came in looking a sound bar and after 3 failed attempts to find one in stock they found a better quality one for a cheaper price. They were very professional and helpful the entire time. Awesome effort overcoming challenges.

The 10am opening is a little late compared to the city locations 9am but when you get there you realise the foot traffic justifies the late start and you forget about it pretty quick.. Service was super fast and that’s what counts.

Variety of products at one place. Well maintained and explained

I was there for a 4th gen echo dot and it was out of stock. But this gentleman talked to me and convinced me and price-matched a 5th gen with a clock for a bargain. Special thanks to the gentleman, didn’t get his name though. Very happy with the service. Loving the product. Highly recommend it for electronics.
