I would like to compliment the friendly staff at this office, Greeted nicely when I came through the door, and the exceptional service from Amber who was polite, friendly, and very good at her job!
This is the first time I've ever had a good old laugh in a customer service center.

Best service I've ever received from a government service centre. Very cheerful helpful staff. I needed an interstate enquiry carried out that was expected to take a few days. The result came back unexpectedly quickly and the lady who served me called immediately knowing I was leaving town. This allowed me to return and register my vehicle without delay. Well done

Surprisingly excellent. Other government and private offices should be as good as this one.
Customer service is the way it should be... there is plenty of comfortable seating to use while you wait and the staff are quick to come to you if you look like you need help (exceptional training).
With properly trained and friendly staff using modern technology, this has been a pleasure to do business here (and I'm hard to please).

Was so impressed with their patience and kindness in assisting my father (82 and not internet savvy) access his entitlements.

I feel too races the way they served to customers. Even I am Australian Citizen, With white people they are very hospitable, I can see the difference. In my country we treat foreigners very welcome.

It’s not about armidale service Nsw it’s about birth and registry department who have ruined our time and have given extra stress by writing incorrect name from one of their staff member and now they wants us to correct their mistake and whenever calling them them they are telling do this , do this and do this. When I haven’t made any mistake why they are forcing for more steps rather than ask their staff member who wrote our name wrong it’s absolutely ridiculous and very strange response from any department from a big government agency.

The worst public service organisation!! Constantly on phone hold. Always getting cut off. If you can get through its always someone who can't help you, so on the phone merry go round againn!!

there system, has add a extra two day to my loss of licence, so i missed a day of work and a second day of work to go back and cost of fuel and someone to drive me 60km each way to the RMS, and all they could say is the system says no, and rude about the hole thing, and to top it off then i walk in the and the assistant made a condescending comment about my worn work boots
