Florsheim - Pacific Fair

March 2023. I am a repeat customer at this store over many years now. The current store manager Cheyanna C. is fantastic and highly professional. Cool, great product knowledge, good listener to my requirements, sound advice and not pushy. Perfect for me. I highly recommend the quality service, and of course, the product.
June 2024. Just bought another pair of shoes from Cheyanna C. Again, incredible product knowledge, very discerning in her communication style that helps you clarify various shoe options with your own needs and context.
With Florsheim closing their Pacific Fair store in 2 weeks, I can't believe Senior Management are making her position redundant and showing her the door! Not retaining her in the business is nuts. No other Florsheim sales person I have ever dealt with, in various stores over a very long time, get close to her polished skills and style. Go well Cheyanna C.

I have to say first of all that I do not enjoy shopping for shoes as my feet do not seem to easily fit standard sizes. However, today at Florsheim Pacific Fair I met Cheyanna Campbell. She was the most amazing, friendly, patient and knowledgeable shoe professional that I have ever met. Her main concern was that I was happy with my choices and was able to explain the benefits of each type of leather and how suitable they would be for my forthcoming trip. I bought two pairs of shoes! She is a true ambassador for Florsheim's and their products! Above all, I had no need to spend hours looking at shoes in other establishments. Thank you Cheyanna!!

I have worn Florsheim dress boots longer than I care to mention. They have a large range of shoes, mostly now out of my budget range but they are still a quality shoe. The staff at this location were helpful and spent time with me.

What a great store. Won a $100 gift voucher from GoGolfing on Sunday 24 October 2021 for gross winner Ambrose at the Glades. Shannon from Florsheim Pacific Fair Broadbeach was sensational in service and knowledge of the shoes and boots on offer. Friendly and courteous. Very happy customers with new boots and socks. Love my new shoes! I got them 3 weeks ago and they are so easy to get around in. I was served by two ladies on the day who know their stuff and very helpful in finding me the perfect pair of shoes. Thank you

Very helpful staff.

I purchased Florsheim Cage from this retail outlet and cannot be happier with the product. In the same shopping trip my brother bought Chifley and Rockport sneakers and he is very happy with the style and comfort of those products. Would definitely visit again.
