Greater Bank is The Best Bank in Australia - PERIOD! Helensvale Branch has helped me so many times. Staff - always happy and helpful. Best with lost cards, scams, new accounts. Even reports when suspicious transactions appear. Never wait on line and always so polite. Very Highly recommended.

Great customer service,came into Helensvale branch about 4.15 on last Friday ,understandably not an ideal time ,but was greeted by a friendly and helpful Sinead who was able to set up a new account for my daughter after issues with 2 other banks🤬Thank you for the great service much appreciated.

I was nervous about leaving the Big 4 but must admit that the service is far better with Greater Bank and staff here want to help you as opposed to turning you away or making you feel like a bother as they do with Big 4. I would recommend for an easy no fuss Banking solution! Keep up the good work team 👍

Best bank in QLD , personalised customer service, very helpful and friendly.

I wouldn't waste my time applying for a loan at this bank. They scrutinise the expenses to the nth degree regardless of your Financial Position and the debt to equity you are borrowing. We had a perfect financial score credit and had mortgages from about 10 different banks approved during our lifetime and have never been denied credit until we stumbled upon this Branch. A complete waste of our time.

Update to my post based on "Greater Bank" reply quoting "financial security of our customers as a priority". You obviously did not read my comment "regardless of your Financial Position and the debt to equity you are borrowing". You don't care about the customers you only care about over securitising loans that is why you obviously has to merge with Newcastle Permanent as you were struggling to get customers on your own because of your over stringent lending policies.
