Fantastic experience all around. Rooms with plenty of space, clean bathrooms and kitchen, and the location is fantastic! The kids loved the pool and spa, and the close proximity to the beach was just another added bonus. Being so close to the GCECC was fantastic, as we could just walk there. Everything else was within walking distance as well. Just fabulous!

Our family stayed here during our recent 5 day stay. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit which was fully renovated, very spacious and really clean! Beds were super comfy. Location is fantastic! Short walking distance to restaurants and beach. Only downfall was no air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms so at night, my 2 young kids were super restless due to the heat/humidity (even with the ceiling fan) and my 18 year old end up sleeping on the coach most nights to keep cool (It was a comfy couch she said!) Other than that place was great!

A 5 minute walk to broadbeach town. Large rooms and we had a wrap around balcony. Pool open till 10pm with a spa. We spent a lot of time there. Loved it. Will be coming back!

Our unit is clean. Sheets and pillows are clean. Comfortable beds, clean toilets, with extra throws you can used. Kitchen has amazing appliances I’ve never seen in any accommodation. Great hospitality of Graham. The unit is near the Convention centre and food shops, easy to walk around. It has washing machine and dryer too. I would recommend this place.

Stayed here many times over the years. The new managers, Kirsty and Graham were fabulously helpful during my recent 5 day stay. The gardens have been beautifully cared for. The pool, spa and barbecue areas in top condition. You can't beat this place for location...such a short walking distance to restaurants and beach. My 2 bedroom ground floor unit was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was SO comfy! Loved having quick and easy access to leafy outdoor areas rather than stuck at the top of a high rise! Thank you Kirsty for helping out with airport transfers and late checkout! I'll see you next year!

Fantastic stay. We were in a 3 Bedroom Superior apartment that was just refurbished so it felt brand new. Graham & Kirsty are great and extremely helpful. Pool was great. Walking distance to everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here for 14 nights over Christmas 2022. Was a great comfortable room with everything you need. The onsite managers Kirsty and Graham were great and very helpful! My daughter who is 4 asked them the pool length and they got a tape measure out and measured it! Would stay here again. Great spot, clean rooms and fantastic onsite managers. 10/10 stay.

Highly recommeded and the reception was amazing.
Very good welcoming also which not usually happen let us check in at 10 am instead of 3 pm as the room was ready.
I highly recommended this place pool always cleaned and looked after

2 bed apartment with kitchen laundry,sep lounge. Bath and ensuite two toilets .two balconies. Partially air-conditioned plus fans. Swimming pool with spa. The list goes on. What more can a family want. Highly recommend.

We just spent a week here to escape the Melbourne weather! The rooms were clean, bright and service was great! Would definitely stay here again when back on the Gold Coast! thanks!
