Dr Sarah Morrell has been our family doctor for a few years now and we rate her very highly. She’s incredibly thorough and wonderful with both young children. We have full confidence in her knowledge and skills as a GP.

Can’t fault the experience I had when I went in for my iron infusion yesterday.
The process was very smooth and I was in straight away. Lovely clean practice.
Dr Justin Wong and the lovely Nurse were very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you 😃

Booked my daughter in for a last minute appointment. Was so easy to do online, waited a little bit but was worth the wait as Dr Wong was incredible. Very empathetic, kind and patient with myself and my daughter. Answering all questions. The receptionist was also lovely too. Will definitely visit again when needed. Thank you ☺

Dr. Sarah is amazing,! She really knows how to look after toddlers. She's very professional and knowledgeable and important of all she cares! I think the rest of the doctors should take a page out of her book!

Excellent medical practice . The entire team here is fantastic . Mixed billing , experienced doctors , flexible hours which is highly desirable . Dr Morrell is a fantastic GP and I highly recommend her. Reception staff are extremely proficient and kind . The clinic is always clean. Great location. Easy parking.

My son needed a last second appointment. The receptionist fit us in within two hours on the same day. The dr assessed and treated his condition immediately and we were on our way. Will definitely use these drs again.

Dr sarah Morrell is a very knowledgeable doctor. Best doctor I've ever had. Appointments are typically running late. Staff are always polite. Highly recommend Dr Sarah.

I am a visitor to the Gold Coast and needed to see a doctor. The receptionist was delightful - very obliging and informative. She found an appointment for me that day.
The doctor that I saw was professional, very approachable and thorough.
A great experience - I was expecting far less.

Dr Valerie Tan is easily the best doctor I have found since moving to the Gold Coast more than 10 years ago. She is very upfront and honest in her assessment but also very willing to listen to any number of questions you might have without making you feel uncomfortable or dismissive if you ask obvious or redundant questions. Just makes you feel at ease and never in a rush to get you in and out (I've seen her twice), she really cares. Feels very "old school" like the family doctor when you were a kid. The only thing missing was the lollipop at the end of the consultation haha.

Oh, I must add that the receptionist was lovely too. 2nd time I accidentally walked out without paying and when I walked back in a few minutes later she just smiled as usual so saved my embarrassment for forgetting whoops

My experience with this medical centre has been all positive.

I’ve been here four times, and each time Dr Behrouz has been on time, professional and knowledgeable.

I understand that the is a bulk billing practice, and as such, schedules and appointments may be delayed for many a reason. Try is comes with the territory.

Staff are courteous, and there is plenty of space in the waiting area.

Easy booking system online. I got straight in to see Dr. Wong same day. He gave excellent advise and support after spending 6 days in hospital. Highly recommended GP that was exactly what I needed in a difficult time

Dr Nora is actually one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen, highly recommend her.

As I am disabled, I find Southport Metro Medical Centre easy to access. My Doctor and all of the staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. They are also very knowledgeable and cheerful. I recommend them to everyone.

We attended an appointment with Dr Sarah Morell who was profesional and caring as always, the receptionist was kind as well. The only difficulty was to find parking in the area. Metro parking is great but it closes at 10 pm.

Andrew is very pleasant and knowledgeable in health issues.If you feel uncomfortable with most doctors I would highly recommend seeing Andrew. 🙂

First time to the metro centre, everything was explained, clearly so I had full understanding of the iron infusion I was about to receive, they were running on time, thank you to all staff involved today

First visit this morning and had that feeling of faith in the fact that thr doctor knew what he was talking about, such a refreshing thing it seems now days
