The guy that served my partner and I was brilliant. I'm annoyed I can't remember his name so he knows how greatful we were to have him explain the exercise bikes to us.

Your sales man was great. I bought new shoes today. Your girl on the front servicing, needs help with customer service. Teach her how to be welcoming. Ruined my enjoyment of shopping in your store.

I love the excellent service I get from people at this store. My most recent experience was choosing a pair of walking shoes that would suit my feet and my budget.
I find the range of choice can be overwhelming but need not have worried because after a few incisive questions, Adam produced two pairs from which to choose. Both fitted my criteria perfectly. I was impressed with his enagagement and willingness to chase the best result on my behalf.

I gave him the rest of the day off.

Adam, I walked this morning in my new shoes, also wearing the excellent socks you recommended. It was so good I have decided you deserve today off as well.

Went into the store looking for some shirts to get printed for my business. I was served by a lovely lady called Wanda. Has to be the best customer service I have ever received and thats why I am taking the time to write this review. She went above and beyond to help me and sorted everything for me. I purchased anti fog spray for my underwater goggles today, and Rebel has a young fellow named Darren who helped me through my purchase.
I can only say this attendant was so helpful and he has a great future with Rebel by the professional way he helped me out.

We bought a trampoline today. Some of the springs were missing. I rang the store. The manager had replacement parts ready for us to pick up straight away. She even offered to drop them off at our home. 10/10 for service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great variety of sports products and clothing. For a large variety of activities. Plenty of parking and very easy to find. Donations given to local schools and sporting clubs in the area - and you can choose who your donation goes to.

The young lady in the shoe department was so lovely, informative and patient. Great selection of asics!

A great super store, we bought a trampoline for the grandchildren and the salesman was knowledgeable and went to a lot of trouble to complete the sale.

Dion helped me find the perfect tennis raquet. Unfortuatley the one I wanted online wasn't available in-store, but Dion offered a great price on a better raquet so I walked away happy.
