KFC Tweed Heads

I had a problem with my DoorDash order, I called just seeing if they could help me. A lovely man called Ruben (manger) spoke to me and said he’s more then happy to fix it up, so we went there and he went above and Beyond to help us, personally making our food ect. The world needs more people like this beautiful man.!

One of the best experiences I've had with KFC ever. Everything was hot and fresh, we were served quickly and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back soon!

The food was good I came all the way from Gold Coast to eat it again.Staff was great specially the guy named Kaylan Morgan.

Staffs were really nice. They bought food to our table, as we missed their call. Although it wasn't necessary, but it shows their loyalty to their customers. We were very hungry, and food was fresh. We finished everything and leave the place with deep satisfaction.

Food is as usual, store a bit dirty, but the young man behind the counter did a great job assisting me, excellent job is sorting out a small order issue which was both our fault.

Great customer service! Got all my order correct. Clean tables and chair too. One of the best kfc I've been! Keep it up.

I liked my food, customer service was great. The lads name was Connor although I think he stole a chicken nugget but I don't mind. He knew what I meant when I signed him (Hand sign, I'm deaf) and was just all round great.

The drive through is the quickest & easiest way for me to get my meal. The time it takes me is not long. The service is good, the workers are well dressed and polite. I’ve not had any wrong orders since I’ve been coming in there which is about 10 years. The quality is usually pretty good also.

Fresh chicken when I ordered, cause I had to wait a Lil bit. Unfortunately the chips were the cold when I got em and no extra salt as ordered. But had good service.

Great service and store was clean. Food was cooked perfect, one thing i really want to mention is this was the quickest order from any KFC i have ever visited. Well done and a very big thank you the Tweed South KFC Team working tonight.

Yummy,unlike surfers paradise KFC or the closest one,Tweed KFC is good ,at least it was fresh ,I had dry from the qld 1 closest to surfers paradise it was dry hard to chew so thank you Tweed, it was nice surf

The girls behind the counter were friendly and were quick at helping us make a decision. The tables and bathroom were clean. Nothing for us to criticisize.

Having lived in Darwin, I've been hesitant to visit another kfc, due to the chicken being quite bad and soggy, but here was fantastic, wonderfully crispy, thank you, and the service was so much faster.
