Service was absolutely FANTASTIC. The entire team from reception all the way through to our dentist & nurse was fabulous. Reception really helped sort all of our needs and the dentist was absolutely wonderful!

My 4 y/o who is normally very cautious about everything was made feel at ease and extremely comfortable. He loved the entire experience.

The receptionist Wendy was so beautiful and professional. I had called up distraught needing an emergent appointment and she was so understanding and kind to me.
I have then had my appointment with Dr Wall who was so understanding of my previous dental experience and went over and beyond to care for me and diagnose an issue that 2 previous dentists had missed.

I highly recommend TC Smile Dental Practice and will be coming here from now on in.

When I comes to dentistry I am highly anxious & very wary due to past experiences at other dentists.
However at TC smiles, from the moment you walk into the waiting room there is an atmosphere of calm, peacefulness, a welcoming environment. All members of the TC smiles team, are very pleasant, respectful, reassuring & professional. Dr Jacqui Waters is fantastic. Dr Waters is highly skilled, very attentive, listening to all my concerns. Following the initial examination, all my options & what I can expect was relayed to me, making certain I was very comfortable & clear with the process & potential outcomes & aftercare. Dr Waters is incredibly caring, very understanding, compassionate & VERY patient. I arrived highly anxious, however when finished, I was completely at ease as I experienced absolutely NO pain!
Thank you so much, I no longer have a fear of Dentistry, as long as I can always attend this clinic.

First trip to the dentist my 5 year old. She was very comfortable & excited. The ladies were lovely and great with her. We wont be having any trouble taking her to the dentist for a while which is great. Highly recommend TC Smiles we will be using them for our Family Dentist.

I decided to try a new dentist because the assistant at my old dentist was too rough. Jackie at TC Smiles was VERY thorough and had great bedside manner and her assistant was all good. I was VERY happy and this will be my new dentist going forward.

Dr Sav is great! Really good explanation of all the things she was doing and showed me photos of things that needed work. Also... First time I've ever had a gap free anything at the dentist.

I have never ever had a more pleasant dental experience. Like most, the dentist terrifies me however after a long stint away I bit the bullet and went in for a check up and clean. Dr Wall was extremely friendly, comforting, understanding and put me at ease from the minute I arrived. Extreme professionalism. Thorough check and explanation given. Reassured every step of the way. Very honest about what I actually needed as opposed to what other dentists have told me in the past. The clinic is run exceptionally well. Follow up calls received the day after a procedure to check on my well-being. The administration team are kind, welcoming and thorough. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.
