Bunnings Tweed Heads

Bunnings can be hit or miss with good service. I was delighted by the help I received from the girl in the timber yard, I didn’t catch her name but she approached and asked if I wanted some help and was really knowledgeable about which products I could use, giving me a couple of options depending on the budget I had. She fetched a trolley and helped me get them to the saw to be cut and sent my docket to the counter so I could pay with ease. If only all staff were this helpful at this store.

Thank you to Lisa and Nate in the Garden Centre. We had to get a large amount of bark and it was raining. My husband has difficulty walking and Lisa offered to help. She asked Nate to help us and together they did a fantastic job with Nate helping us right up to putting it in our car. Thank you Nate and Lisa!

Needed help in the paint section, and there were 2 very young girls. I was hesitant to ask my question as I assumed they could not help. Well, I was wrong. The young lady, who I found out was a trainee, was bright friendly and very knowledgeable and helped with all my questions, even recommending the best products for the job. Well done, young lady.

Absolutely love Bunnings could shop for literally hours and end up spending more money than planned so easily. Love they are pet friendly I get to see so many gorgeous dogs and different breeds. The staff are all very helpful and friendly also and knowledgeable with their sections. Cheers

I was returning a broken garden shredder still under warranty .
They did a straight swap with a new one. No problem

Always covers our needs a new d if not it's normally only a day or two wait for restocking.

I entered Bunnings Tweed Heads today 27/9/23 at around 3pm. The girl on the door (tall, black hair, attractive, young and athletic) notice that my left shoelace was undone. She offered to tie it up for me. As I am 80yoa I appreciated the gesture very much. What a lovely girl. Her parents must be very proud of her.

A great Bunninds store not the biggest but plenty of stock and friendly helpful staff

Thursday 20/04/23 I was served by James at the Trade Desk. He was on his own there with a continuous stream of customers. I needed his knowledge to determine and order the type and quantity of products I needed, totalling in excess of $2,000.00. He suggested I might be more quickly attended to at the orders desk at the front of the store, however the one staff member there not with a customer sent me back saying they were busy with phone clients. Returning, James completed the calculations required and I went to collect a few other things I needed right away. When I returned he had gone on a break (well deserved) and his replacement completed my transaction using the order he had saved on the computer. I commend him on his knowledge, attention to task and exemplary customer service manner. An asset to Bunning's business from whom others I have dealt with there could learn.

What’s so funny about Bunnings is that you go there for one thing, leave with ten others but then go back for the thing you needed in the first place haha

Ensuring a safe shopping experience. I was able to get in, find what I was after, ask a question, get a straight answer and get out. It was very busy but all staff were working efficiently.
