The Good Guys Tweed Heads

Today I went into The Good Guys to look at Air Fryers. I have been looking for some time but was not confident in which one would suit me best. I was assisted by Sue and she made the whole experience easy by her knowledge and even plugged the fryer in so I could hear the noise level.
I now have my first Air Fryer

Had a great time in the store yesterday. Salesperson was so helpful & informative. Have my DeLonghi fan working & so much quieter than the cheaper fans at night. And thank you to the staff for safekeeping my phone which I absentmindedly left on their counter 👍😁

Had a broken fridge and the staff at tweed went above and beyond to help me get it replaced. They are super efficient and very pleasant. I can’t praise them enough

My partner and I purchased a portable air con from here had to swap for another one unfortunetly, nick the salesman was absolutely the best his customer service was amazing really went above and beyond

I recently dropped into the good guys after receiving quite poor service from a local competitor. Lee provided me with outstanding customer service and was extremely knowledgeable around the Television range which allowed me to make an informed decision on what tv I should buy. I will definitely be back for other items going forward.

The most fantastic service today from salesperson Catherine at Good Guys Tweed. Nothing was too much hassle for her to chase up. I was coming in just to look but her service was so great I decided to just by it all then and there. A whole household of appliances ($15k) and she happily chased up all stock and even price matched. THE BEST service I've received in years.

Excellent customer service by Peter. Great product knowledge & not pushy. Bought a Samsung TV, Sound Bar with subwoofer & wall bracket. Got an awesome deal. Ask very nicely if they can give you a better deal (even on sale items) & if they can they will. Just be polite about it. Even the delivery guys were nice.

Friendly service & staff, (Kat) always goes out of her way to make sure I get the best price. I usually find something I want to buy elsewhere but go to Good Guys to actually buy it. So far the list of purchases is long & ever growing thanks to this considerate and hardworking person.

Good Guys Tweed Heads is my go to for appliances. Everyone is so helpful. Whenever I am there I look for salesperson Cat. She takes the time to explain the product and get to know your needs and what features you are looking for in a product. I went not really knowing only that I was needing a new gas stove. I had no preference on model etc, just 5-6 burner, gas and 900mm wide. She asked me what type of cooking I do and what finish I liked - stainless etc. and directed me to what suited my needs. She then printed off a comparison of 3 similar items from different brands on there specs and features. This made it so easy for me to make my decision as I wasn't trying to remember all the figures and specs of all the models/types I looked at. I would definitely recommend Cat if you are looking to buy anything at the Good Guys if you don't want to feel pressured. She has so much knowledge of the products. I definitely would be back - Thank you Cat!!

So many great staff at this store who went above and beyond to help us with our purchases. Wonderful staff, great shop and huge range of products to choose from. Most grateful and most impressed! 5 stars.

Long term customers here...always had good service. Problems with Sony tvs were resolved promptly, both being replaced without fuss or delay. The Samsung we now have is great. Note to manager.. Look after Dave.. You need to keep him.
You can buy a tv from multiple outlets but service such as we recently received is rare.

It can be overwhelming sorting through brands and what will suit you. Ask for Dave - he’s a walking encyclopaedia on everything in the store! Highly recommended you go to the Good Guys tweed heads… so helpful and they also gave us a great deal on the 6 kitchen appliance items we bought… we wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I want to say a huge "thank you" to the team at Good Guys at South Tweed. When our washing machine died mid cycle, Mario made it so easy to order our new machine and arrange delivery for the next day - all over the phone. He was very helpful and had everything ready when I called in to pay. Gavin, the delivery guy was fantastic - very friendly, told us when he was coming, arrived on-time and made the job of taking out the old machine and installing the new one, look easy. So thanks - we really appreciate your help and professionalism

On Sunday the 30th November 2020 I purchased a 55inch Samsung TV.
On the Monday the 1st December I spoke with Nick who assisted me with an install problem I had. Although Nick does not work in the TV Sales he was incredible with his service and knowledge and I left the store appreciating what real service was like. Sadly the TV had a sound fault so once again on Wednesday the 2nd December I again spoke with Nick as the salesman who I made the purchase from was not working. At the time I spoke to Nick he was just so busy yet he stopped what he was doing and gave me his full attention. He was very apologetic that I had experienced a problem with the new Tv and then set about ensuring the unit was replaced. I have made many purchases at the Good Guys Tweed but Nick"s exceptional service and attention to detail has made me appreciate why I continue to shop there. Nick is a credit to your company
and please know his efforts were appreciated.

The staff were super helpful and explained all that we needed to know about our new washing machine. The extra cover offered just gave us peace of mind and value for money.

Good guys tweed heads I can not say enough about their excellent support especially Tyson he was so helpful went well out of his way to help us with a soundbar issue. His goal was to make us the customer happy and he definitely achieved that. I will never shop for appliances anywhere else now. Thanks again...soooo happy with our new soundbar
