The Manager and team at Jaycar Tweed are exceptional. We have been on numerous occasions and every time we have found a team member happy to assist we our requirements. They are so knowledgeable, we know we can count on them when we have no idea what we need. They patiently listen to our plight and then eagerly provide solutions.

If all Staff Jaycar have are like Nathan who helped me (as an absolute Novice) with purchasing a 3d Printer on Sunday, they will never have any issues whatsoever. The Guy was brilliant with his knowledge, and knows how to communicate it across in simple easy to understand language. By the way, I love the Printer I bought off you Guys as well!!!

Virginia was absolutely fantastic and definitely knew about the product within the store and then some. Friendly, knowledgeable and more than helpful. She helped me set up my Brass Monkey Freezer with a suitable battery and solar panel for any scenario that may come up. Thank you again!

Bought a Digitech projector from a really friendly and smart guy here last week. Very happy with it. Great service with a smile and all my questions answered. I didn't get much of the same at the big yellow Hi-Fi place up the road so I will definitely be coming back here again.

I don’t usually write reviews , but just want to showcase my appreciation for the manager in the yellow glasses… I was feeling so overwhelmed / stressed and had no idea what I needed, and he clearly explained the issue with my midi keyboard (negative polarity) and simplified all my problems, making me feel at ease. Great service 11/10

Brilliant service and after service. I recently purchased a quality 24v Lithium Ion battery, their help and experience was top shelf, as was their after sales assistance. I had some issues after purchasing (not with the product itself) and they couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you to both the male and female staff at Jaycar South Tweed. Highly recommend these guys!

My husband and I went to the tweed south store to buy a phone charger. The staff couldn't have been more helpful! They were not pushy at all and they even advised me not to buy the product. Very honest people. Will be going to this store more often. Keep up the wonderful job!

Went there yesterday to get christmas pre for my grandson just brilliant so happy with what I got for him
