Chemist Warehouse Castle Towers

I have started going here straight from my Dr because it's quicker than my local Chemist Warehouse in Beaumont Hills and the staff are very friendly and professional. Great service and excellent bargains for everyone.

The female pharmacist in here was lovely and super helpful. All my medications were made available to me fortunately. Long waits, but that’s to be expected in a very busy store.

Chemist Warehouse Castle Towers is a brilliant Chemist of this chain which I love.

My family and I went there for the first time today and loved it. Fully stocked, nice bright store and the staff we're great.

The line was massive, HOWEVER it was processes in no time and the staff are very helpful and more.

Love their work and shall be back!

Was there today confused as to where I get my click and collect order but one of the workers there named Casey noticed me confused and didn't hesitate to approach me to ask if she could be of any assistance. She directed me towards the registers and told me to let her know if I had any other questions. 10/10 customer service by Casey, will come back for click and collect orders in the future!!!

I went in on Saturday with something specific in mind and the girl In the skincare isle was amazing. She knew what I wanted instantly and shown me alternatives and was answering all my questions. I really appreciated the help and loved what I got!! Nice store and great service from everyone I interacted. Coming here more often. Thank you skincare girl!

Service was GREAT in the pharmacy department. The lady at script drop off was sooo helpful, looking for a prescription drug at towers and other CW unfortunately to no avail. Yes I waited a tiny bit in line but her service and the pharmacist's were top notch.

As for the people in line. Just shows the messed up, selfish society we live in, can't wait an extra 5-10min in a pharmacy but will happily stand in line at a takeout or waste time doing find a word.
Wonder if you say the things you said in ear shot to the previous patient at the Dr's Surgery because they are running 20+ minutes late. I would hope not!

03-Sep-2020 : I was serviced by Andria (36639) in the perfumes section. I never ever experienced this level of customer service in CW. While testing the perfumes she wrote the name of the each perfumes in testing strips paper, that too on Thursday night (Peak time). I would have tried around 15 perfumes (😬). She is the best.

I am going to this branch for many years some times experienced bad customer service so this is not one of my favourite CW but I am giving 5 star ⭐ for yesterday’s experience.

I was served by Sylvana and she was such wonderful help! Amazing customer service and was so patient as I chose a perfume. Overall wonderful experience thanks to her!!

Had lovely customer experience starting from the lady who took my phone message followed by a phone call from the “fragrance lady” (I think Sylvia ??). Both ladies were extremely helpful to discuss stock availability of a men’s fragrance - Aqua Di Gio Perfumo 125ml. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make the purchase as there wasn’t any stock available in any store (sic) but the conversation with Sylvia was friendly and cheerfully pleasant, especially her sense of humour.

Very convenient, just located past the tunnel connecting to the metro, so if you are sick you don't need to worry about the rain to get your medicines.

Really amazing prices here! I don't think I've ever seen such good deals on merchandise especially perfumes...the staff here are very friendly and informative as well. I just wish it was a bit more spacious, it can get a bit crowded in some isles. Other than that I had a good first shopping experience here and will be returning again

The customer service person who assisted me today was so friendly and helpful. When I could not find what I was looking for, he went out of his way to find other chemist warehouse shop that I can buy the product. without me even asking. Very much appreciated.

Similar to other Chemist Warehouses - quite small but they really pack in as many things as they can. It’s quite confusing but you can generally always find what you need to with a little bit of searching around/ asking a staff member.

Also, great location - right near the entrance to the metro, and the food court!

Can almost get everything here.

Great prices the pharmacist team is incredibly helpful and all have great product knowledge.

I’ve moved but still continue to do my Medicine shopping here.

This is a large store with everything you need. There is even a medical centre inside. The prices are always good, better than other shops. The hours are quite long so that's useful too.
