David Jones - Warringah Mall

I had a very good customer experience here today, gig shout out to Pam in appliance section who was very helpful. I had gone into DJs to buy a new Iron, this is not something I think I have done for sometime so Pam’s advice and suggestions were welcomed and much appreciated.
I left with an iron that seems to have more functionality than my car and I spent way more than I planned but I am very pleased with my purchase. I have no doubt that my crisp shirts will take away any financial pain that I feel after Pam’s enviable upsellling skills.
Overall a great experience in store (as it was last time) keep up the good work DJs, thank you.

couldn't find a bag on the floor. Website said stock was available. Staff looked out the back and kept looking until they were able to locate the bag. Were very polite and helpful the whole time.

Fantastic experience. They had the squishmallow I wanted at $10 less than advertised. Other shops had a limited selection. Then I bought some gorgeous David Jones' branded drinking glasses with gold rims - perfect as an engagement present, and at a reduced price. Very enjoyable experience.

I previously had shopped at DJs at the mall for bras etc for many years as it was the only shop to fit you properly. Haven't in recent years because it was like the rest. However today I thought of giving DJ's a go again . The assistant ,Michelle, was excellent in a busy store with multiple fittings. Never rushed us, did not just try and sell anything and it was clear she knew different fittings and products and I actually purchased more than I had intended. I can recommend her and hope that Michelle is there for many years to come.

One of, if not the best of the bunch in Sydney. An awesome variety of shops and you're not feeling like a can of sardines walking around. Some amazing local speciality stores for homewares too! Highly recommend.

Lingerie Dept: Returned an online purchase easily. Tried to exchange a Simone Perele strapless bra for different size, but nothing worked. Michelle was the representative helping me. She really went out of her way to find a solution for me. I was so impressed with her positive and energetic service, that I decided to buy an everyday bra. She found several that were perfect. Again, a testament to her sales skills.

DJ's is always such a wonderful store with a wide selection of merchandise

Bianca in the woman's clothes department needs to be recognised for her brilliant service in resolving an online order issue. Bianca was helpful and went above and beyond to solve the issue, was always polite and super professional. Thanks Bianca for helping out and being so kind in getting the job done. One thing I will say - David jones needs to look into improving the website so if a customer needs to change their address before the item is shipped to them, they can. There is no button to change the order - but the incorrect address was put in. It would save your store team so much time if it could be done by the customer online. Many other retailers have this option.

We were glad to buy a suit and accessories from the salesperson in the suit department. She was great! Very helpful and directed us to a very good value, smart suit brand. Much appreciated.

I went to David Jones Warringah Mall to buy a baby shower gift. There was a good range of products to choose from. I was offered assistance. The sales assistant that processed the sale was friendly, and gave excellent customer service.🙂

CLARINS:- Farrah is the reason I return to DJ's as previous experiences hadn't been great. Farrah makes me feel special and spoils me when I come in. The products that she recommends for me never disappoint and I adore them. They have changed my life and given me my youth back.
ULTRACEUTICALS:- Jacqui provided fantastic service. She is very passionate about these amazing Australian made products. Im a skin care junky so have tried many products. This brand really do what it says it's going to do. Ive only been using them for a couple of days and can already see the difference. What a difference this makes to my life. Jacqui also changed my view of DJ's and has completely restored my faith. I loved every minute of the experience with these two exceptional ladies who are a great asset to DJ's.
I hope Farrah & Jacqui get to see this review as they are truly wonderful.

So good place to purchase, the staff is so kind and helpful, their make you have an amazing shopping experience, especially the girls from French connection, it's a lovely experience to go there for shopping 🛍

The amazing retail manager at Witchery Warringah Mall DJ'S went out of her way to help me obtain 3 items she didn't even have in the store. Using the Click and send option that David Jones offer they were able to organise this online which helped me and I also saved 35% having spent over a certain amount which Witchery are promoting at the moment. Sorry I forgot your name but hey you were so helpful. Thank you Karen Martin
