Clement House

An "over and above" studio apartment with all mod cons, tastefully furnished and maintained with an excellent supply of breakfast items. Lovey ambience. Set quietly back from the road at the end of a private access lane. Easy walking distance to Benalla main street shops and also the Northo. A very charming, welcoming and lovely owner. Highly recommended. Is on our list if we ever return to Benalla. Well making a point of staying here.

Have to class Clement House as a gem residing in Benalla. Beautiful ambience from the outside to indoors . Immaculately clean with quality throughout.The breakfast etc provided for you to make up for yourself when required was a great selection. Such a convenient position in Benalla with walking distance to the main shopping strip, the beautiful river & a great local pub. Your parking is right out front in the street. We booked directly with Sue who is the lovey lady you deal with making everything very easy.

The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable.
Great size bathroom and the separate living area was amazing.

Had a great stay here at clement house. Beautiful old house right near the heart of benalla. Nice modern bathroom, beautiful bedroom, with a lovely living room and a quiet outdoor table area with relax in the morning. Would totally recommend the stay 😍

Beautiful studio room, warm, comfortable bed and nice space to sit & relax. The breakfast was fabulous and nice little touches to make the stay prefect. Sue was fabulous to deal with.

Sue was very accommodating. Love that we could stay somewhere so nice with our pets. Quiet with a beautiful garden also a nice table to sit outdoors.

Comfortable, nicely furnished, air conditioning. My dog was welcome. Continental breakfast (cereals, milk, yoghurt, tea, instant coffee) in room along with a lovely selection of cheese, fruit and fresh bread and a bottle of wine to enjoy. Close to town centre/tourism office. negatives? Would suggest some up to date brochures needed in room.

Always look forward to staying at Clement House. Such a beautiful property that's also walking distance to the local pub. Sue always makes us feel at home, whether it's the complimentary food and drinks or making sure we have undercover parking for the motorbikes - nothing is too much for her. I had misplaced my belt on a previous visit and without a word, Sue had my belt waiting for me during my next stay - months later. Highly recommend staying here, one of my favorite places to stay in Vic

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in this beautiful cosy Victorian era home. Location is perfect for walking into town to see all the beautiful murals from artists from Australia and international. Continental breakfast was included along with a surprise bottle of wine with cheeses and crackers.Very relaxing and worth booking.

My partner and I stay here a few times a year as we come from Melbourne. The bedroom, lounge and bathroom are always immaculate, sue is lovely and always comes out to greet us with a smile, she is very accommodating for us with our trailer. We accidentally left behind my partners good belt last time we stayed and it was neatly rolled up waiting for us when we came to stay again this time. Would most definitely recommend the clement house

My daughter accompanied me as I had a cataract removed the next morning. She had a rescue dog with her so the accommodation was wonderful and the extras were just what we needed to help me settle before going to hospital. I have already told friends about our stay and if needed in future this would be my choice.

Beautiful B&B. Everything you need.. great space and comfort for 3 adults.. lovely garden and undercover sitting area through double door off sitting /lounge room. Extra cosy bed set up with lots of room in sitting room. Walking distance from Benalla train, to all Street Art instaĺlations, gallery and museum and great atmospheric pub two blocks away. Perfect sanctuary for a weekend or more. Sue is a generous thoughtful and unobtrusive host. Thoroughly recommend.

We stayed in the studio, it was perfect. Conveniently close to all amenities, town centre is talking distance. Quiet, beautiful garden setting.

this is a B&B with the added bonus of your private unit/studio which has everything perfectly in place for a very relaxing experience, will definitely be staying here whenever in Benalla
