I've been coming to Flex Physio for over 6 years. The exceptional care and attention provided by the team have been consistent since first walking in the clinic. Not only did I feel a sense of genuine care, but also noticed unwavering dedication, thoroughness and genuine concern for my well being. This is why this is a standout clinic in my opinion.

Another thing that sets this place apart is going above and beyond. Whether addressing routine concerns or responding to emergencies, Abanoub has consistently gone above and beyond, providing support even after regular hours. This level of support is rare nowadays and is a great source of comfort and reassurance during challenging times.

Andrew one of the physios, is also a great Physio, very knowledgeable, extremely thorough and provides a very professional standard of care.

Flex are the best physios around! Can’t rave enough about them, from the second you walk in the door the lovely receptionists look after you until the physio calls you in. Cyril hands down is one of the best physio’s in all of Australia, he listens attentively to how your affected area hurts and treats it in the best possible way while explaining everything he is doing. 1000/10, definitely recommend Flex when you need a great physiotherapist

Have attended 13 sessions with Aba over 7 weeks now for a work cover knee injury. Professional reception team who have remembered my name since the second session and continue to greet me by name every time since. Aba approaches issues like a puzzle to solve. We try different exercises and healing processes if they don't appear to work. My knee feels great so I do forget some times that it was injured not too long ago! Clean facility with plenty of free 3hr parking across the street at Westfields Liverpool.

Best physio in town - I recently had the pleasure of receiving physiotherapy services from Aba, and I must say he is by far the best physio I have come across. Aba is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and has a genuine passion for helping his patients recover and regain their strength. He gives you lots of time and does not rush the therapy. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explain the treatment plan, and answer all my questions with patience and clarity.

I have been to several physios all across Sydney and have been mostly disappointed with multiple wrong diagnoses, or physio's who just want repeat business from you. Aba got the diagnosis right in first go. He is genuine and works to get the best outcome for his patients. He never asks to see you repeatedly if the session isn't required, and I can confidently say he is one of the few physios who wants to make sure you don't keep coming back to him.

The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (that laser machine does wonders). I can confidently say that Aba exceeded my expectations in every way. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I was up and running from a significant lower back pain in no time. The positive impact he's had on my physical well-being is truly remarkable.

For years I have been seeing physios and chiropractors and all I ever received was short temporary relief whilst the physio or chiro stared at the clock waiting for the consult to end.

A friend of mine mentioned that flex physio had a great team. I gave them a shot.

Never have I ever felt so cared for in my life. Cyril was my physio and he took the time to understand my issue, plan a strategy around how we will deal with this, actually worked on my neck to relieve tension and relieve my headaches and gave me a plan to completely rid the issue away.

Cyril cared and wasn't just waiting for the consult to finish. He genuinely wanted me to feel better.
They also have the most advanced technology and I also had the benefit of getting to have some laser therapy which no other physio I have ever been too had.

The treatment was extremely holistic and in depth.
I am so glad I found flex and Cyril and will never go anywhere else again.
