Our son arrived six weeks early, so we weren’t fully prepared. Nursing Angel’s response to our questions was fast and really simplified things for us on some confusion we had around a few products. Delivery was really fast and was left at our door, as requested, given we couldn’t guarantee we’d be home. We found when ordering from other global online shops (you know who I mean) that their delivery times were very inaccurate and delivery instructions weren’t followed. We would definitely use Nursing Angel again.

Excellent range of Medela products at affordable prices for breast feeding and pregnancy. I've ordered many products, particularly the Medela sawing double pump, was very pleased with the quality. The reviews on the website are very helpful. The delivery is fast as well.

Yesterday was a wonderful experience on the nursing angel store! I was very impressed by the helpfulness of the admin staff who gave me many options to choose from. Maternity shopping can be overwhelming, especially for a first timer like me.

Had a great experience with these guy's, after reading the negative reviews I was a little worried ordering from New Zealand. But it couldn’t have been better, order was picked and sent out within hours of completing transaction. If it hadn’t have been for all the covid stuff delaying mail a little I’m sure this would have been here the next day. I guess a lot of mums automatically turn into Karen when the smallest thing goes wrong, hence the bad reviews lol.

I have shopped online at Nursing Angel twice and both times it has been for discontinued spare parts for my Medela In-Style.

On Friday morning at 5:30am I placed an order for a pair of breast shields. At 7:30am, I received a text message informing me that my order had been picked and despatched and I was provided with a tracking code for the consignment from the courier.
At 10:00am today (Tuesday) my package, containing genuine parts, arrived to a regional, interstate address.

I have been so pleased with the quick service and communication by Nursing Angel and I love that I am shopping with an Australian based company. I will continue to purchase items from them for all my nursing, expressing and storage needs.

I'm really happy with the them that I've put in several orders with them. I've never had any problems. My orders had all arrived via Australia Post the next day! I've called them once because I forgot to put something in my order and they added it on the phone to the same order. Very good service.

I've been a regular customer of Nursing Angel since I had my first baby. Over the months and then years, they have always looked after me with great personal service, free advice and the breastfeeding products and bits that I have needed. I've never needed to wait for delivery, and once time I even collected from their Chatswood warehouse.

Very efficient. My item was packaged and sent within 20 minutes of ordering I couldn't believe how fast they were especially considering I tried to buy the same item from another website and they took over a month and didn't have it in stock and I had to get a refund. Great service, fast shipping, highly recommend.
