Dealing with them has been a real headache. I was just trying to get some new hardware, but ended up having to buy about $150 worth of extra stuff I didn't even need, just to get this one $130 gadget. And the power supply they bundled into the deal wasn’t powerful enough for the device, so those that bought it will run into bottlenecks in the future. It feels like they're just trying to offload old stock. I've heard good things about them before, but after this, I'm steering clear. EDIT: I never said I bought anything, I wasn't interested in buying several additional components
