Medclinic Family Practice -WARRINGAH MALL

I had an urgent need for a scrip for pain management but my usual treating doctor was unavailable over the weekend, and my regular Pharmacist introduced me to this practice at which I was previously unknown. The Receptionist was polite, understanding and efficient, assisting me to complete a "New Patient" information sheet on line; A doctor saw me in only a few minutes, I explained my history and forthcoming hospital procedure, the doctor understood my dilemma, checked on information I supplied about my prospective procedure with the University Hospital, checked the general history of my medication, and allowed me access to the medication I needed until the procedure. The whole experience was extremely professional, helpful and reassuring.

Love this clinic. Never wait long, doctors that actually care and don’t try and rush you but know their stuff! Happy to have found such an unassuming but high quality doctors. Oh and love that it’s in the middle of Priceline so pharmacy purchases are close! Thanks especially Dr Su and Dr Tran!

We are travelling and my son had a sinus infection.
The Dr saw us in 10 minutes and was very detailed and helpful. Received a script immediately and some detailed steps on other things we can do to speed up his recovery. First class service

I have been attending this practice for over six years, and I have consistently found the doctors and nurses to very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Equally the reception staff are consistently friendly, efficient, and good communicators. In particular, my doctor, Dr Randhawa is excellent. I highly recommend MedClinic Family Practice.

From the wonderful ladies to the awesome doctors who show real empathy and care for there patients, visiting the doctors has now become a pleasure and not a task. Dr Wendy Su has actually saved my life on more than one occasion. The best doctor in Australia.

Recently whilst visiting the Warringah Mall, I had an unexpected health episode that brought me to the Medclinic. I've arrived unexpectedly but was being taken care of straightaway. They checked the symptoms, assessed my condition and made me feel very comfortable. I've found all of the staff there very helpful, caring and professional. Great Surgery, Genuine, courteous and empathetic drs. Knowledgeable. Pathology onsite. Our family all have seen seperate drs at this practise and find them exemplary. Dr Sukwinder , Dr Tran, Dr Channi and Dr Su to name a few and they have all been exemplary. Pre kids we would just drop in as casually needed and now that we have children it is nice to have a good GP.

I had wonderful and helpful treatment when I had an medical incident while I was at the Mall. Dr. Thomas le Tran was great and Clover the nurse worked hard to find me an appointment for an MRI. The receptionists were lovely and I felt very well cared for. A gem of a medical practice that I didn't know about.

My previous doctor retired so I was left without doctor who I would like to see in the future.My daughter recommended me Dr Wendy Su. I been seeing Dr Su from last year and she is really caring,I felt that she really care about my health and how she can help me.Polite,knowledgeable and kind.Medical centre is in middle of shopping centre which is what I like plus pharmacy is just inside.

I've starting seeing Dr Tran at this medical practice recently. I have been so impressed by him. He is thorough, kind and caring, knowledgeable and he always follows up well. This practice is conveniently located, generally has appointments available on the day and accepts walk-ins and has polite reception staff. Highly recommend Dr Tran and this centre.

I cannot recommend enough Mediclinic. From the first point of contact making the appointment over the phone, to the interaction with Dr Sukwinder Singh. They are all caring and exceptional professionals.

One of the best pharmacies in Northern beaches. Professional doctors and awesome customer service.
GP price isn’t crazy as in other pharmacies.

I have been to The Medclinic more than a few times.... Of all the clinics I've been to.. Medclic is by far the best.The Doctors Dr.Tam. The Girls on reception .are so Proffessional and caring..I Strongly RECCOMENDED.

Popped in to have my COVID injection without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to be attended to very quickly and professionally.

Almost zero waiting time, it was my first time and I had to fill my details but it so quick (on line) great staff, definitely I will be back.
