Visited your Liverpool store and we were served by a lovely young lady, I think her name was Marie or Maree (sorry I can't remember the spelling). We came in for a duvet. We only wanted a cheap one for our holiday home. She soon showed us the difference between the cheaper ones (still great value!) and the higher quality. Thanks to the lady, the service was impeccable and the product is fantastic! We have never been so comfortable in our bed!

Love this place but since the recent change of ownership, the quality has dropped somewhat. Some pretty good sales but I wish the old owners were still in possession of this company. Sadly missed.

First time coming in this store and will also be the last ! I came in and bought a expensive pillow . The only thing that the rude sales rep kept saying was “ no refund or exchange “ no guidance about support no guidance about it being the right pillow . I got home and the pillow was too high for me . even though it is ILLEGAL to state no refunds and if I were to go to the ombudsman and fair trading I will definitely get a refund ! The disgusting customer service skills from the 2 reps on , proves this company needs the money more then I do . Judging from all the negative feedback about the staff . Maybe invest the money you a ripping of customers with to train your staff that know nothing about customer service and the products they are selling . I will never come back here again to buy anything . You would think walking In here they would give you the best advice . Do yourself a favor and buy what ever bedding stuff you need from myer .

Don’t Even Try to buy anything from this company!!!! I bought an expensive pillow after I tried one pillow for 5 seconds in the shop. After came back home I noticed that the one I got is higher than the one I had tried. Next day I went to the shop asking for exchange and they refused due to lack of customer service and miss leading’s policy . Never again 👎🏻.
