Jack and the team are amazing, I could not recommend them highly enough. My whole family and I take our cars there and he has never failed us. His prices are fantastic and the service is exceptional; nothing is too hard and our cars are usually fixed within a day or two, not to mention you’re able to use one of their hire cares. Jack is so friendly, if there’s an issue we are able to drive our car straight into the workshop and he will attend to us straightaway. He even stayed open late one evening to figure out what the issue with my car was as I was quite upset. An honest, genuine, old school mechanic and service which is hard to find. Thank you so much for all your help.

It’s hard to find an honest mechanic who will just charge you for the work and for the parts, a mechanic who doesn’t do jobs on your car that you don’t need. It’s even harder to find a shop who are upfront about service prices with no surprise add on bills.

Menai car repairs has looked after my cars since I got my license. They shop around to find good quality - less pricy parts when you need them (I accidently broke my side mirror). Menai car repairs are Fully professional too. They really know what they are doing from general upkeep to engine mounting, and you can tell they take pride in their work. (I speak from experience)

This shop is Family owned, trust worthy, and has been serving the community for 25 years. They are transparent, they know what they are doing, they are polite and the only reason they can be hard to book in on short notice is because they know what they are doing !! As Menai car repairs services so many people in our community who keep coming back for these reasons. What more do you need ?

Highly recommend, had a puncture before a trip to Melbourne, not only did they fit us in but they repaired the wheel within 20mins and we were on our way. Thank you!

They made an error in my service. However once the error was discovered , the head mechanic, Jack fixed all issues at NO cost

My rego had expired and I took it in to get pink slip. They passed it on the spot which was very satisfying. The power steering was also making an awful squealing noise when you turned the wheel, turns out it was a loose belt which they tightened free of charge. Now the car is banging and good to go!

Honest, Friendly and Reliable. Five Star Service. Booked my car in with Menai Car Repairs for a service and let them know I had an oil leak. The price was quoted for the leak where a family member told me the leak was and all agreed. Refreshing to be told via phone call and upon pick up and payment that the leak was not where my family member told me it was and instead somewhere else and as a result a cheaper fix. My mum said her A/C wasn't working so I took it to Menai Car Repair to get it sorted. Turned out to be a very, very minor problem, which didn't take much to sort. They explained what had happened and as it was a nothing job, they didn't charge me anything. They could of said it was anything. More honest people you couldn't hope to meet.

Wow just wow. What a fantastic service I just had at Menai car repairs. They were prompt, punctual and very professional. Serviced my car there, oil change, tyre change and a few other overdue items I needed to have done. The prices are so cheap considering what I had done and the manager is so nice and courteous that he put my mind at ease knowing that he supervises all car works closely and he double checked everything in front of me before driving off...considering I was handing over my Merc. I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends. It's a thumbs up from me.

I have been using Menai Car Repairs for a good few years now for all my cars, a mix from my MGB to my Jaguar.
I have always had excellent service from Jack and his team and Mike on the front desk will offer to research any parts I cannot find, a fantastic help to me in the past.

The guys always take care of me with no fuss, I trust what they say and trust it is what needs to be done. The Man behind the desk, Michael I believe (hope I got that right) is always super helpful and will look up the cost over the phone, which doesn't happen at most places without someone getting grumpy.

Really happy with the service I received. Not what I'm used to from mechanics! Listened to me and solved all my problems. Even ones I didn't tell them about. I felt really looked after and felt my business was valued. Honestly has renewed my faith in people working on my car. Good stuff keep it up!
