This place is incredible. It runs with military precision, but is also warm and friendly. Dr Dan is brilliant - great with children, incredibly professional. She has a wonderful staff. They are efficient, capable and lovely. And the outcomes are great! My kids’ teeth look fantastic. I can’t recommend Menai Orthodontics highly enough.

Dr Sarah is amazing. Invisalign is awesome and within 12 weeks I’m seeing a huge difference to my bottom teeth which were getting very crooked. I’m excited about having a nice smile again soon. The practice is so professional, all the staff amazing and it runs to time with ease and is very organised. Highly recommended.

My daughter just got her braces off after treatment for bite issues (not just cosmetic); the results are amazing, as was their expertise & care. My sons are being monitored for free after an initial paid appointment, all for bite issues, until (if needed) the time is right for treatment. Definitely highly recommended.

I recently completed invisalign with Menai Orthodontics. Fantastic experience. Knowledgeable staff. Good range of appointment times to choose from which is helpful for a working mum. It’s also a one stop shop, if you need X-rays they do it all onsite. You often hear mixed reviews about Invisalign, my orthodontist noticed a few months in that my teeth weren’t moving in the way it was expected and ordered a whole new set of aligners at no extra cost to me. I achieved the results I had always wanted.

I was a patient of Dr Counsel when I was younger, and it has been so wonderful to come full circle, now bringing my own daughter back to Menai Orthodontics. Dr Counsel and his team share the same kind, caring and professional nature with my daughter as they did with me, and we both couldn't ask to be in better hands for our journeys to beautiful smiles. Both of my sons have orthodontic treatment using braces to fix their crooked, crowded, misaligned teeth and bad bites by Dr Counsel and Dr Dan of Menai Orthodontics. We are very happy with the end results and both of my sons now have straightened and much better aligned teeth, which enable them to bite better together. The other bonus is that the treatment has not just improved the teeth appearance, but also helped making them easier to clean.

The orthodontic treatment is a long process and require certain commitment from the patient. However, Dr Counsel and Dr Dan and their team of dental technicians, receptionist
and management team make the whole process that much easier by being as accommodative as possible with appointment changes and urgent treatment requests(due to loose wire,
broken brackets etc). Special mention goes to Lisa from the receptionist team for being so friendly and helpful. The communication to patients during the difficult COVID
period was also commendable.
