I just ordered it on boxing day with great offer, and it was efficiency delivery!

But I would say it’s so unlucky and lucky for the purchase experience.
First of all I’ve order the piano on 26 Dec. and it’s delivered on 29 Dec., it’s really satisfying to receive it with that short time. (I live Mel btw. )
But it’s unlucky that the piano was malfunctioned of four key notes, so I just emailed the shop to ask for replacement, and it responded me within a day, so it’s lucky part of the experience, I could feel how responsible of the shop and assist me how the replacement process goes, even though it took me two weeks to get my piano back, but the responsible service let me feel so reliable and professional of the shop.

I ordered a guitar over the phone at 1pm one Thursday. These guys price matched for me, and then somehow the guitar arrived at my door (in Melbourne) the following afternoon. Was genuinely shocked at how fast and pro the service was. Thank you to Josh (I hope I'm getting that name right) and the delivery team.

Haven't been here since I was a Teen, but wow do I love this place. Way to many nice toys here to Get in trouble. But... I was shopping for my daughter and Justin (Legend!) looked after me so well. I bought a digital piano online for Christmas and unfortunately received incorrect adapter converter. I went into the Bass Hill store and the wonderful staff members there were so apologetic (although I think it was a supplier issue) and very helpful. They did their absolute best to provide a solution and thankfully they were able to find me a converter in store! Thank you so much for your professionalism and excellent customer service. You have turned a christmas mishap into a purchase I do not regret. You are the best!!

Belfield Music Shop was awesome. I was recommended to them by Fender head office Australia because I was looking for a specific limited edition ukulele. They were the only music store in Sydney who had one left. Their phone service was excellent and they gave me a really good deal. The staff in the shop were all super nice and friendly and ready to help. There is parking at the front with easy access for all and the store inside is full of beautiful quality instruments.

Great store! Daniel was incredibly helpful - He brainstormed with me a huge problem I was facing with my Floyd Rose bridge. The store also has a phenomenal selection of Japanese guitars!

This is a great shop, the staff are helpful and very knowledgeable. Friendly service and it's great to feel like you've been looked after. Walked out if there with a new Gretsch, case and a few accessories feeling stoked and above all happy. I found my new go to instrument shop.

Heath is really helpful and every time I've been here he's looked after me. They have a good selection of higher end ESP guitars which is what I was after and I walked out today with a dream come true axe.

I recently bought a Drum Dial from Belfield music. A quantitive device for measuring tension in the skin very accurately for obtaining an even tension and the ability to accurately repeat it once the optimal frequencies responses have been ascertained; tuning drums and banjo heads basically.
Belfield service was fast and courteous and the item was packed well and in perfect calibration.
They did a great job and I am very satisfied having no hesitation in recommending their integrity and superlative performance.

Went here for some headphones. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a display of their headphones to let you compare. They also seemed to have a good selection of nice guitars.
