What a smile to receive at woolies, very rare you will see this anywhere. The vibe you get from this particular staff is heart-warming and special. Her name is Donna. I had to ask for her name to congratulate her for the best customer service. Her smile doesn't stop and her approach to customers want to make you shop there forever. Keep smiling, it's her smiles that make me come back to Bass Hill Woolies and her funny approach. A nice laugh to receive before starting my day! Thanks Donna, you rock!

Went to get the usual Sunday groceries yesterday and was greeted by a lovely gentleman by the name of Rami who was serving me. His respect and enthusiasm was amazing and the way he treated the customer before was outstanding. A true asset to the company and a well mannered man who will go far with whatever he chooses to do as long as he keeps that attitude 😀😀😀

Adrian in the seafood and deli section is one of the most helpful and nice people in the store. He is always happy and has great customer service. All the other staff are fantastic as well, even if they have to put up with really rude and ungreatfull customers,great place to shop.

Big specials needed to manage a range of quality products if it's quality you whant you need to go to Woolworths but if you can't find the price is right go to cheap and nasty at ALDI good scabby by ten cents.

Best customer service skills has to go to Fadi of produce section at this store, called to check if he had any durian in stock he checked & said he was out but could order some for me & took down my number to let me know once it's come. Much appreciated Thank you!

I have been coming to this store for 3 years and have never experienced better customer service than with the sisters named sawsan and samira love them

Its one of the smaller stores for woolies but its great for everyday purchases

Parking was a bit busy, self serve had a line up but moved along ok popular supermarket

Been here more times than school may or may not have bought some gift cards without permission
