Amazing furniture store. Lots of options on display. Fantastic, lively, friendly staff to help with your shopping and decision making. Bought 2 couches and a dining table from them and their and quality and service has been too notch. Loved their service and care option for the purchases, very handy and wishing budget. Fantastic deals available during the peak shopping events.

Great Amart close to our home. It has a good collection of stock on the floor. It was an ideal location for us. The staff are very helpful. You can get quick quotes. Offers are advised by the staff even if we forget to check. Plenty of parking available. There are lots of on stock items now that can be delivered asap. Worth checking out .

Scott was incredible! From the minute I walked in, his energy made my experience so much more enjoyable! He was helpful, fun, did me a great deal and was extremely patient with me being so indecisive!

Hassan was exceptionally friendly and amazing! Right from the start, he greeted us with a warm friendly hello and regularly checked in on us as we browsed. To top it up, he threw a few extras and gave us a great deal!

So yesterday I wrote a pretty bad review. Though today I got a lovely follow up call from store manager Rebecca. They have resolved my issue and also having words with the bed assemblers that did not turn up. I was not the only one it happened to. Also Amy is great. The delivery driver is excellent. Also Craig the sales person is pretty good as well. I will be coming back to your store so thankyou for the follow up call to resolve my issues all resolved now thankyou.

This was going to be a 2 review but ...... I purchased an entertainment unit online and received a call almost immediately from Rouse Hill to arrange delivery. Good sign but this is where the delivery problems started with what appears to be poor communication between warehouse and stores and maybe staff training. All I can say is that the staff worked tirelessly to find a solution and accommodate me and did not give up even after I had a meltdown at Sonia who I think is at the warehouse and to whom I unreservedly apologise. It was the system not the people. The staff ensured the unit was delivered on the day I had expected. It arrived, was extremely well packaged and protected and was exactly as described. I am very happy with it. I will shop at Amart again but will be cautious about their delivery system. Thank you to all the girls, Louise, Sonia and others whose names I missed at Rouse Hill, Windsor and the warehouse who helped. You all went far beyond what I would have expected of any store.

Buying stuff from Amart was easy. We bought shelves and drawers. There helpful staff around to answer the questions. After we selected what we were after, one if them approached us and did all the paperwork abd payment without us having to go to the checkout counter. Everything was done electronically and I received an email right away. We then showed the email to the staff at pick up area and they were helpful loading the them on my car. It was a good shopping experience.

Very attentive and friendly staff. So many selections of sofa and lounge sets. Didn't get to buy because delivery will take 15 weeks!

Excellent quality hard wood furniture with amazing designs. Amart has also got a centralised customer complaint handling system which does a great job. Their warranties/guarantees are not name sake....They acknowledge and provide resolution if you come across any issue with their products.

I bought some chairs on 18 March 2020 around 5.30 pm as they were about to close and went to pick them up from the warehouse at the back of Rouse Hill store. The guy who was in charge of delivery was extremely rude and abusive to me. I had no room in my vehicle to put the huge box that the chairs came in and he insisted that I take the whole box when it was very clear that I couldn’t put it in. Instead of helping me to take just the chairs and throwing away the card box box in the dumpster at the entrance to the warehouse, he kept insisting that I take the box with me and that it was not his business how I do it.
The management- please look into this matter. I am a regular customer and I am very disappointed. I have bought a lot of stuff from you and if this is the way I am going to be treated, I will not shop there anymore!

We went looking for a sofa bed. Tammy G. Was amazing she answered all our questions assisted us with colours that may suit our place. She was friendly and really nice to deal with.
The sofa was big, comfortable and easy to put together. It was discounted and eventually we got the sofa delivered ahead of the expected time.

Good staff serving in ROUSE HILL branch, I got the good service I forgot to ask her name, got a good price, however I didn’t get a good service at Blacktown that’s why I ended up in Rouse Hill,, it’s good I went to Rouse Hill as I got a good furniture better in Blacktown supply stock,, best to go to Amart Rouse Hill
