This place is an excellent little local cafe. Great coffee and food at good prices and really nice l, welcoming staff!

As for the numerous bad reviews on here, I would say, whether genuine or not, they are way off base in my experience. If you're unhappy with the offerings of a cafe or don't understand their decisions, try communicating and make an effort to understand before leaving reviews of this kind for a local hospitality business striving to offer great food service in an area that has very few unique dining options. If you're still not happy or don't agree with their choices, simply don't come back.

Spreading your negativity online may make you feel important for a very brief moment but it is simply ignorant, vindictive and petty and hurts the local community by limiting the options for businesses to grow. Coming from a hospitality background myself, I can completey understand the frustration of dealing with unreasonable expectations of hospitality customers.

Reading through some of these ridiculous reviews, I can only say that their comments seem to say a lot more about the people posting them than they do for the business they have targeted.

Was surprised to find this cafe in what feels like a quiet out of the way part of Sydney. Passing through and was desperate for coffee but drawn by the witty comments about coffee on the windows.

Nice find. The owner seemed like a friendly guy who cared about his food and coffee (the comments in signage on the window weren’t just puns which was a relief).

Food serving was quite good for the price and quality was very good as well (above expectation for suburban cafe).

Parking was very easy as Tower St isn’t too busy.

Lovely service, great food with large proportions and very fair prices! We'll definitely be back.

Today was the first time we have ordered from this Cafe through Uber Eats and i am so glad that we did!

The food was perfectly wrapped for the trip and nicely presented - there was a lot of thought put into preparing this.

The ingredients were fresh and the taste ...... AMAZING! This Cafe is marked as a favourite and we will be back soon!!

I have been going to this Cafe with family and friends since they opened. Sam and his workers are always very friendly and pleasant. Customer service is what to expect when the place is busy. The food is absolutely delicious and well priced. Sam puts a lot of effort in sourcing fresh ingredients and cooking things himself to make it so delicious. Sometimes the pancake or toast is a little on the burnt side but they're always so quick to replace it without question and so apologetically. I'm just glad we're lucky enough to have another Cafe added to the other 3 cafes in Tower St Panania. When you live locally with young families and the elderly you appreciate little places like this within walking distance to just relax and have a Saturday morning yarn. The negative reviews that say the place is dirty and the owner is not friendly - are totally untrue. The place is small but it's clean and kept neat. The staff are also very accommodating even when they're so busy. Hope this Cafe stays around Panania for a while.

Ordered off them from Uber eats. Burger had lots of fresh ingredients and was very nice. Chips were great and good portion aswell. I was very impressed with the price of the meal as you’d expect to pay a lot more anywhere else. Will definitely be keen to try their other menu items.

Hands down my favourite Cafe ever. Very modest with a very humble and genuinely lovely owner in Sam. You can tell his character by the way he treats his staff.

There are very few people in business who's priority is giving good value and service to their customers.
Every time I am in Panania I make a point of going to Liannas. The food is very good 8/10, the portions are generous 8/10 and the prices are amazing 10/10.
I will drive from Campbellown to Panania just to eat here. As a quick reference, you pay half of what you would at the Coffee Club for a breakfast.

As a chef myself...I've been ordering my big breakfast my salmon and avocado sides plus my hazelnut cap all 5 star service at my door....I have nothing more to say but all done to perfection...I order online even my delivery is on point...I look forward to waking up ordering from this Cafe and will continue to order again..im very happy with the love they put to my meals...thanks Liana cafe keep up with the good work.
