Nicely organized shop.
They had a good stock of all essential groceries.
The fresh food section was nice as well.
It was not busy at all.

The parking on the street was available, but could be tricky during rush hours

Good variety of goods. Even Australia day merchandise. Good to see a shop that is proud of Australia. Staff friendly and helpful and BBQ chickens taste good and are a decent size. They make woolworths chickens look like pigeons. Easy to park underneath store. Would shop here again.

I have not been there before as I was in the area I popped in for a few things and was so surprised to see excellent fruit and vegetable of excellent quality. Very tidy shop. Wished there was one near me.

The staff all go out of their way to make sure shop is clean and well stocked.
Staff always have a "goodmorning" or "goodafternoon" for customers. I have watched them interact with the elderly and they should be commended.

Great little supermarket with friendly staff. Rarely has long queues at the registers. Has a fresh fruit and veg, and fresh meat sections. Quality and range is perfect for day-to-day needs. Easy to pop in to pick up something quickly and not have to wait for service. Parking underneath is rarely full, so it's always accessible.

Unlike Ray Dean, who provided a 1 star review on this IGA due to bottoming out his car at the car park, I possess a modest and basic level of driving skill and do not find the car park an issue. If you, like I presume Ray Dean has, only have minimal to no driving skill, you might, but probably won’t, find the car park an issue.

This is a great IGA, fruit and veg freshest around. I accept some items are more expensive but not significantly. Never a long wait at checkouts. Some great specials to be had and interesting locally produced products. I’m really enjoying the Lebanese bread made fresh from a Canterbury bakery they sell.

The 5 stars are all due to a cashier, Anisa. She gives each customer full attention and provides outstanding service and is so friendly, making each customer feel valued.

Alway neat and tidy and stocked well. Served quickly at the registers. 1 item was out of stock but I got a raincheck and will pick up that item for the special price on my next shop.

I like shopping local. I find IGA at Panania has great fresh fruit and vegetables and everything else I need, great staff as well.

A brand new pair of socks bought from the local chemist on a Saturday. Thursday is when I discovered where I had left them, at IGA Panania. Thankfully they were still at the store. I live in the Blue Mountains.
