This is my new parcel pickup point, the owner and young guy there are very friendly. He did make a mistake and clicked that my item arrived however it was still in transit. I left my number with them and the lady texted me when the package arrived. I'll keep using them as a pickup point

Stop using the public sidewalk bin

Paid for 4 $10 scratchies for Mother's Day and was only given 3. Discovered when my mum opened the envelope. But at least they ripped me off with a smile on their face.

Avoid at all costs. The owner took 13 days to notify he had received my parcel. I attempted to ask him what had happened but instead of an apology he became abusive and repeatedly shouted to leave the shop. Incredibly rude. No respect for customers.
