I've been working as a musician for James for over 14 years and i've always found him to be fair, hard working & a great communicator. He is one of the few agents who genuinely cares for the musicians he works with & he always has our back. I'm forever grateful for the opportunities The Launch Squad has given me to play & hone my skills as professional musician.

I've been working with The Launch Squad since 2013, and have always appreciated how transparent they are in the booking process, and how easy they make the interaction. They are great at communicating when there are any issues, and are always incredibly helpful.

I appreciate that they forward payment once it is received from the venue, as is the condition of accepting a gig. We have had a very successful long term relationship, thanks to the mutual respect, and open communication.

One of the best things about working with The Launch Squad is the community they've created amongst the artists, I have made some great friends thanks to the efforts the The Launch Squad goes to in order to create a community.

In particular, during lock downs, James initiated weekly zoom chats, as a check in, and they were incredibly helpful to give us an opportunity to check in with each other, and check in on our mental health. Beyond that, James has been someone who will just be there for a chat. It is truly a community, and not just an agency.

I have many other bookers offering me opportunities but I CHOOSE to work with James first because he respects his artists and as a musician himself, knows what it’s like to be chasing the dream.

The greatest agency I've ever worked for. They've got your back and did a great job making an agency feel like a family. Having worked with them for close to ten years I've found myself taking less and less work externally and doing almost all my gigging through James at The Launch Squad. Over the past 15 years, I have been engaged in professional music performance work, by The Launch Squad, at numerous venues around Sydney, NSW and the Eastern seaboard at least 1000 times.

I have enjoyed quite a few residencies at popular Sydney venues that have lasted 5+ years, and the venue management always seem to be impressed by The Launch Squad's professionalism, and by the quality of their services.

I started doing shows with TLS earlier this year and quickly found myself receiving offers for all of my available dates (solo, duo, and trios). The team are extremely flexible and and communicate in a timely and efficient manner. Payments are always received within the stated timeframes and/or regular updates provided. Anyone who has tried to self-manage a band or artist will appreciate the load TLS takes off so we can just concentrate on doing what we do best, making music!

I've been working with TLS since 2019, many other artists I know on the roster have been with them for far longer. I cannot express how grateful I am to be working with an agency as resourceful, professional and proactive as TLS.
