Excellent experience during the weekend.

Lovely mall with loads of shops and entertainment options around. Ample parking but can be confusing as its color based and a huge parking in diff sections of the building.

Fabulous shopping centre with lots of good cafes too and 3 hours free parking

Castle Towers is a commendable shopping centre that caters for nearly every possible requirement one could ask for . The multi level establishment has plenty of parking and a vast diversity of stores that include department stores , grocery stores ( coles & Aldi ) , bottle shops , food court , clothing stores , accessories stores , pharmacies, technology stores, toy shops , specialty & thrift stores , fishmongers , butchers , bakeries ( but no Baker’s Delight) , banks /services, help desks , numerous lifts & amenities. Plenty more things to add to the list but most prominent of the remainder in no particular order are the brilliant restaurants throughout the piazza , the Event movie theatres /cinemas -gold class & the ironically named JT party store that i honestly 100% have absolutely no affiliation with ! Yes the Towers are more than good but pick your times as the place can get quite crowded .

Hi All Viewers & Centre Management,
I have been back to the towers quite a few times over the last 8 weeks and I am proud of this amazingly constructed shopping centre . Very difficult to fault anything at all and the parking spaces proved on either side of Castle Street within the multi level carparks are more than ample . Like others have said previously this mega shopping centre is way ahead of its time and an excellent place to do your shopping , eat out at an impressive selection of restaurants & vendors at the food courts /Piazza or relax at the Event Cinemas amongst much , much more .

April update: a couple of recent visits and most impressed with Criniti’s Italian restaurant a week ago , piazza looked amazing as per usual . 🥇
Credibility goes to those who sample the food or services they upload as opposed to simply taking photos of shopfronts , therefore you can trust my reviews 🙏
* May & June visits to the Towers have been updated accordingly & it is great to see consistently positive reviews posted by others . The Towrers & Piazza are a must if you have yet to visit this brilliant mega shopping centre . Enjoy 😊
*July 8th we dropped in to view the new Indiana Jones movie at the awesome Events Gold Class Cinema followed up by a succulent meal at the Piazza from Kinn Thai . Totally Excellent as per usual 🥇

December 2023 post Boxing Day & mega busy

One of the largest and nicest shopping mall in Sydney. Parking 🅿 bit challenging but it’s okay. Couple of self service kiosk for finding your shop. You will find most of the required shops here. Couple of kids playing area and sitting area. Nicely decorated and well maintained mall. Love the ambiance. Public transport available next to this mall.

Amazing setting and so pleasing to the eyes.
With so many restaurants and Avent Cinema nestled perfectly in the corner.
From the moment you walk in this beautiful centre is such a wonder of beauty.
I absolutely felt such a feeling of aww and peace when I entered.
Can't wait to go back and check out the many, many restaurants the smells alone had me in a trance .
Such an open setting with a huge free standing roof.
Visit this place it will tickle or your senses.

Always been a good place to visit and go shopping. I enjoy the variety available and the food courts, yes there's two! meet most need. One massive bonus is the underground tunnel connection between the complex and Castle Hill Metro Station...

Love this. It deserves 5 🌟. Every corner we turn there is food court. Plenty sitting if you are tired and need a rest. Clean and tidy. Many options when you looking for personal clothes, shoes... Toys. Overall it the must to spend a day there.

Castle Towers Shopping Centre is a brilliant spot that has really improved over the years.

I never would have given it five stars, a few years ago; however I'm now a converted zealot for the place.

They've done an incredible job of upgrading the place, attracting new retailers and improving the parking.

My family loves it there. We can do a full shop of almost anything, get lunch and the kids love it.

Highly recommended and great spot. Love what they've done!

Pirate ship kids play outside event cinemas gold class is the perfect play area for young toddlers. My one year old had an absolute ball exploring the maze.

Great place for shopping with everything under one roof. 3hrs parking a bit let off, but many shops to choose what’s best for anyone. Keep up the amazing stuff and please consider “Car Park” check out with a valid purchase receipts and relax for real shoppers from paying for parking. Thanks!!!

This shopping centre is one of my favourite shipping places in Sydney always nice, Clean, organised and plenty to do and see for everyone. Great for families and kids as there are kids centres within unfortunately due to COVID kids centres are closed.

Castle towers has a lot of stores and brands names for everyone. Recently they have been going through renovations at all levels and I love the new look and the changes coming through.

With the new metro station there is an easy access to the shop.

Amazing shopping precinct, well connected to public transport and strategically located at various connection points. This place got plenty of shopping options and everything for everyone. Perhaps one down side is directions and hilly entrance, exits.

Pros :
Biggest shopping mall of Sydney. Literally has almost all that you need. Starting from Apple to Mini cars to Aldi. Big food court, electronic shops and big chain of clothes shop. Banks and insurance companies are a lot here.

Cons :
Have to walk a lot here. But that's okay.

The outdoor restaurant and entertainment at level 3 is the hidden gem in this mall. First time I just explored ground and 2nd floor but at my recent visit I went to the event cinema, Holey Moley and the cafe this place is beautiful at night

Good parking. Clean and tidy mall. Well appointed shops. Always good for a visit.

Beautiful shopping centre with great selection of shops. Including Apple store.
Love the ticketless parking, saves paper and make entering and exiting lot more efficient.
When the Sydney metro is finished. This could
Potentially become the next Parramatta.
Overall it’s a great shopping experience.

Very spacious and has almost all the stores needed.. Kmart, Target, iPlay, Event Cinemas, Chatime - just to name a few! Would highly recommend for a shopping spree for ALL needs!

This is one of my favourite malls and where I grew up. It is connected to the metro station now and has good parking. There are so many stores and has good challenges for kids every once in a while.
I love the renovations they’ve done here(and that they’re finally done🤣)
