I have always experienced excellent customer service here - thank you to Adam from the furniture department who's exceptional customer service was appreciated and his consistent friendly and helpful attitude (even after I did not go ahead with the purchase).

Superb friendly staff who are very switched on and know what you’re after minutes after your browse. Yet you don’t feel being rushed.

We had an amazing experience with these guys, Greg looked after us on our first visit when we were looking for appliance's for our new kitchen, he was super knowledgeable and gave us a great price on everything. I was very happy when he made some phone calls and managed to get a tap fast tracked to fit our kitchen install. I then returned a few weeks ago as our washing machine died and Greg helped again and really looked after me. Thanks once again.

Excellent customer service by Casey! She really listened to my needs and what I was looking for and then went above and beyond to help me. I have had the best nights sleep on my new mattress than I have had in a very long time so I am eternally grateful! Was also great to chat and have a laugh in difficult times. Thank you Casey :)

Really helpful photography shop staff who helped me to enlarge my print and cropped it to fit my frame for me. Quick and professional service. Also great sale items in there bargins bins 32 MB USB drive for $24. Very happy indeed.

Have bought many furniture items at Domayne, often floorstock for which they offer great discounts. Finance offered and delivery options that were fast and convenient, and well priced considering I'm out of area. Huge setup which is great and the staff were really helpful regarding our questions of alternate fabrics/timbers. The items I viewed were also Australian made which I consider a huge plus.

Went looking at kitchen appliances and after a downer experience at Harvey Norman, we were lucky to be taken care by Brian Rundell at Domayne. He was so lovely and had wonderful expertise to share. Highly recommend Brian if you are looking for Home Appliances. Made the experience so lovely, as it should be when you are looking to make purchases.

Dominic who runs/managers the furniture department went over and above to help me purchase my two lounges & even went out of his way to make sure the lounges were in stock as he knew I needed them as soon as possible. I highly recommend Dominic and his team!

Always a discrepency between the website and the stores for all retailers. This Domayne was the only appliance retailer willing to check pricing for the best deal. Way to go above and beyond for your customer.! ☺
