What fantastic service from a very caring, professional and efficient Pharmacist. We were passing through Hay and needed scripts, he couldn't have been any more helpful.
Thankyou doesn't seem enough.

We came in for the first time yesterday. I needed somethings they didn’t have in stock. We can order it, and you can collect it tomorrow probably at the end of the day. I left my telephone number behind. Next day, just after lunch they already called. I could collect my order🥰
When I asked if somebody could tape my enkel, it was no problem at all. The Pharmacist could help me out. And the bandage I got for free.
I call this a service from nice and super friendly people. Thank you guys 💕

Passing through Hay, I called into the pharmacy to ask about a quick growing mole on my face. The assistant I spoke with said I needed to speak with the pharmacist who was busy at the time. I came back in 1/2 hr later and the Pharmacist advised me to see a doctor at the Medical Clinic for advice. I took his advice, got an appointment almost immediately, with a satisfactory result from a terrific clinic. Very happy with the professional service at the pharmacy, especially from the pharmacist.

In the lovely town of Hay NSW I had to have both my husbands and my prescriptions filled. We were travelling so had a number to get and it was complicated by me having E scripts as well as paper scripts. This was absolutely no trouble to the very helpful pharmacist who sorted out all the paperwork and dispensed all the medications very professionally. During the small wait I had I wandered through the store and was impressed by the range of products available. The staff were all very helpful and it was clear from the conversations I overheard between staff and customers, they all go above and beyond. Really impressed!

I would like to welcome the new pharmacist to Japps pharmacy in Hay. He went above and beyond to help with my father’s medication, he also provided excellent out of hours service. What a great addition to our community having such great service and customer care.
