As a first ever customer of OMF, I would definitely recommend this company. I personally visited the Auburn branch, where I was looked after by Annie. Annie didn't pressure us to look into products we were not interested in, she listened to what we were after and gave us time to make a decision on our own. Annie was super polite and accommodating, and didn't have the standard salesperson approach. We had been looking for beds all day and we're quite over it at that point so it was quite refreshing to speak to someone who wanted to find the right fit for us and not someone who was only interested in commission. We ended up purchasing from OMF and are awaiting delivery. The store was also set up nicely, which makes a big difference to customers who may be overwhelmed after looking all day, thank you Annie!😊

I was on my way to work, and I decided I’d call-in to the shop as I had been looking online, and I wanted to check it out for myself. I knew I would be early and didn’t have much time to spare.

I noticed there was someone in the shop at 8:50am
All the lights were on, I was greeted with a beautiful smile by Angel
I really thought he would say sorry we’re not open as yet we open at 9am but much to my surprise, he welcome me into the store.

I asked him his opinion on some mattresses, and what best suited my needs
Angel was very knowledgeable in helping me out and suggesting different types of mattresses to my budget.
He also helped me with my bed frame as well.
