I knew exactly what I wanted, as I did research online. I don’t think I have walked further than 10meters in that store. Friendly and professional staff. Helped me straight away, placed my order, payed, had my furniture put in the car for me and left the premises within 12.38 minutes :)

Super friendly staff even gave me a water while i was visiting because it was so hot...well done old fashion service with a smile.. i bought quite a lot of items maybe other retail shops could pop in and check it out take a leaf out of their book.

thank you for great over the phone service and assistance , I needed to purchase a mattress and arrange to have it delivered to my 92 year old mother living in Tamworth, the staff member Tye who handled my call was very helpfull . Living in Brisbane it is very comforting to now that you can still get good country service .
