My 5 starts are for Dr. Joanna Ciolpan. She had read through all of my history before I saw her, actively listened, was empathetic and most importantly had plans in place as to how to figure out my long standing issue, rather than other doctors who have put it in the “too hard basket”. I will definitely be returning to see Jo in the future..

What a relief to find this clinic. Reception are wonderful & the Dr I saw today was above any care I've received previously in the last 30 years. Cant thank them enough. Finally listened to & such understanding people. Thankyou so much .🌹

Dr Alice Crowley and the Nurse Kendall are two of the most kind hearted medical professionals I have ever come across. I can not recommend them enough! The levels of compassion and sympathy they showed was truly amazing! I am so grateful I had these 2 amazing souls during my experience! I really can not thank them enough!!!

Dr Alice Crowley is the best GP I have ever encountered. I had two people recommend her and now I know why. The care and compassion she has is beyond measure. She has made me calm during a traumatic health time for me. Can’t sing her praises enough.

I have nothing but praise for this Clinic today. My young friend, new to Geelong had a bike accident & no Dr in Geelong she knew. I found Health E Med Centre & spoke to reception who were more than helpful in finding an appointment. The wait was minimal in the Clinic & I could not speak highly enough of the caring receptionist & the Dr Modise who was able to organise X-rays nearby. In total less than 1hr from Clinic to X-ray. Excellent result & service. Well done team

Michael Carrol is our family doctor. We often have to wait for our appointment as he goes over but and its a big but - He is well worth the wait. Once you are sitting with Dr Carroll you have his undivided care and attention. He is extremely thorough and his care and attention to detail is unparalleled.

I have also had the pleasure of recently seeing Dr Alice Crowley - At my first appointment she made me feel heard, acknowledged and was unbelievable empathetic. Along with this her professional but casual matter made me feel immediately at ease, even with my 3year old daughter present and needing attention she made sure I was completely attended to - An amazing experience.

Friendly reception. Dr Basilli and Dr Carrol are excellent Doctor’s . Unfortunately for me I have painful autoimmune problems caused by Covid or Covid Jabs. I were perfect before. Kind regards, Sharryn Toms

This medical practice is simply terrific!
From the moment I walked in the receptionist said, " Hello and welcome to our practice! "
My wait time was quite short considering how busy they seemed and the Lady Doctor I saw, Dr Wali I think?(apologies if I got that wrong) was simply lovely. Extremely caring, professional, thorough and compassionate. An utter joy to be treated by this lovely doctor and the entire practice including the adjacent pharmacy were just marvelous.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish I could give them more than just a 5 star rating!

I have been coming back with my family for years now. Our regular doctor is fantastic and they always manage to squeeze us in at short notice (might not be our regular GP but they get us in). Professional, courteous and efficient. If you need a doctor or GP in Geelong give Health E a call.

Ut most professional Care from All doc's.....Especially Mine.... Ty for being my best friend and Doc, for the last 20+ yrs. Personally & to my children. . A1. Doctor * Great medical team in the nursing station. ....Receptions pretty flat out. But always time to listen. Skilled tellers on the phone also. Ty guys.

Got an appointment on the day. Saw a really good doctor. Did a thorough assessment. Happy with visit.

I have been going to this clinic for a few years now as my Dr retired , i chose a Dr only to find out he is always fully booked.

The good news is there are other Drs there that can help me with my issues as they have permission to view my medical file, so their are no issues.

As for Training staff i find them to be Polite and very helpful if they don't know an answer to anything they will go to the clinic manager to get an answer for me.
so two thumbs up for Health Medical Clinic.

Our family has been going to Health E for many years keeping us all healthy. Great service from the GP's and also the team that run the office. We like their preventative and proactive approach, especially with the kids.

I highly recommend Health E Medical. My family has been coming to this practice for over 15 years. Scott Randall is exceptional. I can also highly recommend the practice nurses.

Best doctors ever. Short waits, compared to bulk billing clinics. Worth the pay. Has Medicare rebate.

In my opinion Dr Hinkston is the best one I've seen here. Thorough and explanation in detail and courteous. Always on time too

Dr Tsang is easy going and enthusiastic listener about the health issues.

Short wait times, helpful and knowledgeable doctors at a reasonable price per consultation.

Dr George is thorough, empathetic and patient.
