McDonald's Penrith Leagues

This McDonald's is conveniently located on Mulgoa Rd, Penrith at the turn off to Penrith Leagues Club. Was in the area around lunch time and wanted to grab a quick meal before visiting some shops in the area. Without having to battle a shopping centre for a food outlet ~ this McDonald's has good access off the main road at the traffic lights enabling an exit out heading north or south. The traffic on Mulgoa road always moves pretty well so you won't be in a jamb to get in or out. Plenty of on site parking. Again the ordering interface on the self serve inside the McDonald's store's need to be reprogrammed by their tech-heads ~ A lot faster to order at the counter ~ grab a number ~ and sit. It's good the see how promptly the staff can get the order to the tables ~ HOT! Well done. But just make sure what you order is up to spec ~ if not, take it back to the counter. Legit mistakes are often made but will be corrected usually quite easily. Generally all McDonald's Restaurant Standards are much higher these days and it's good to see. The fries I initially got were only 3/4 cup full ~ took it back & got the proper [hot] amount ~ no probs there. The staff are friendly and the this restaurant was well presented in all observable areas. Will visit again when next in the area..

Tried the new double chicken burger. Had hardly any lettuce on it and the chicken was over cooked and dry. Will not be buying again.

The rush of drive-thru sometimes means my cheese melt isn't fully melted but I more often go inside to get it anyway as I'm usually on my bike.

It is a better than average maccas clean tidy fast service

Big shout out to Caroline behind the counter made easy work of our difficult order even though she had only been behind the counter for a few days. Very friendly and professional. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely brilliant, the place was moderately packed. We used the consoles to place our order and in no time it was ready. Piping hot fries, plenty of sauce for our nuggets and burgers were fresh as. Staff were very polite and friendly even though they were under the pump. By far this McDonalds outlet is the best we've visited. AAA+++

Great customer service and smiling faces. I forgot to grab my receipt that I needed to claim for work. The team took the time to find my order from earlier that day and personally sent it to me. Food was fresh and good too. Thank you!

I absolutely love McDonald's! Their burgers are always juicy and full of flavor, their fries are crispy and addictive, and their milkshakes are a delicious treat. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making my visit even more enjoyable. I especially appreciate their commitment to sustainability and using fresh, high-quality ingredients. I could never get tired of McDonald's, it's a classic and always hits the spot. Keep up the great work!

Great food, and great service.

Perfect spot to stop before the NRL games. It gets really busy but the service is still fast. Sometimes thet struggle to build a burger properly and wrap it neatly though.

The best customer service and the freshest McDonald's within the area.

Their coffee frappes are second to none and not just within the area, Their frappes are better than any other McDonald's I've ever purchased one from.
Few have come close but it's their consistent quality that puts them above all others.

Staff are always friendly even when they're getting smashed or dealing with demanding customers and it has only ever been once or maybe twice that my order has been incorrect, which as far as I'm concerned and for how often I'm there, is more than a credit to conscientious hard-working team that comprises McDonald's Penrith leagues.

Very fresh, hot and delicious. I visited at lunch time on a weekday and there was no waiting at all. Minimal wait for my order to be made. It's a very clean store with staff almost constantly cleaning while I was there.
We came in as a group of 16 people and or large order was made quickly.

Run of the mill Maccas experience during night off-peak.

We were in a rush so asked them to hurry a bit. And they were super fast. Got a big order done within 5/6 minutes which is better than all the maccas I've been to.

Visit was excellent. Staff member greeted us near the entrance. She help us order our meal then delivered it to our table along with our coffee. Brilliant.

Good service clean restaurant I think it is one of the best maccas around the food looks nearly like the pictures and it has all the ingredients on the burgers fhat should be on the burgers and they are not sloppy in the box like other stores also the thick shakes are actual cold and thick and not like water and the fryes are hot crisp and salted and not soggy and warm I would recommend this store highly
